Service is always top tier especially in the drive thru, they are polite and will give you a moment to look at the menu if you ask. Usually get the same guy at the window heās always nice, polite quick service, ask if we would like sauce which is important š tonight we tried the new cheesy street chalupa box and omg they were soooo good !!! Best thing taco has came out with in a decade !! Seriously I felt like we were at a Mexican restaurant. I switched the steak option out for chicken in mine and omg weāre sooo amazing. Iām telling you these are a must try. This location always makes everything right, even with substitutions, food is always hot, staff is friendly, 5 stars from me every time.
So update to months later⦠past maybe 5 times Iāve gone here my food is terrible. Cold and awful. Everytime I pay for mods I never get them just a waste of my money and that stuff isnāt cheap. Frustrating to spend an extra 7$ on mods and not get them. Today I tried to play it simple and just for 2 soft taco supremes and a cheesy Gordita crunch. So the Gordita has literally just meat and lettuce on it wrapped it a dry stale soft tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese between it and the hard shell. Thereās nothing cheesy about it. Itās hard and and disgusting 𤮠at this point I donāt even know why I bother with this place anymore just flushing my money down the drain. This stuff isnāt even edible. Ā Ā Ā Read more4-7-2018 As I sat at the drive thru window the girl that was working the window completely walked away and started bagging up orders for people on the inside. Since she decided to do this that ment my food was delayed. My food sat there in the bag ready for almost 5 mins. I was very unhappy with the temp of the food from it sitting there for so long. Taco bell is a big company. I don't understand why one person was working the drive thru and the inside counter causing the people in the drive thru food to get cold before they even get it. I feel the manager made the wrong choice by working both counters. If ur in drive thru, work drive thru. Don't work another counter while ur customers food just sits there. It was so bad because I had a child in the back seat yelling about the food just sitting there bagged up and my child wanting me to reach in and get the food I already paid for but wasn't handed till it was cold because the manager wanted to work both counters. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager megan was completely unprofessional and didn't help resolve the issue which was items missing from the order, she had a complete attitude making comments as if she wanted to get physical and when I matched defending myself she wanted to call the cops and have her guard dog come out and runing his mouth, calling his sister to fight while at work which was unprofessional but hey lol I defend myself either way! They're hiring young people with no customer service skills and it's because the manager herself lacks positive attitude, customer service skills and a lack of understanding and she threw my food away and tried to refuse refunding me which the cops got my money back !!! However! The middle river location is amazing š š such an amazing environment #tacobellmiddle river # megan the Manger shouldn't be the Manger or and employee especially when the cops said they had multiple calls about Manger megan !
