I wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone! First and last time Iāll try to give them business! I tried to order online and for some reason it kept saying it couldnāt process my order but was actually charging me every time I tried to get it to process then I called and she says she can try to process the payment over the phone and said it didnāt go through again which i later found out that it did after I contacted my bank they let me know that out of the 7 attempts one transaction actually went through! $136.64 was charged to my account for a original $22 order from all the times myself and the lady at the counter tried my card. Fast forward to going to the store because she told me to come in to try to process my payment in person... just to find out that she had my food delivered to my house! When I get all the way back home the driver is telling me that she put my order in as cash payment so just like I told her Iām not paying for my meal twice so he rightfully so had to take the food back so now my child and myself are hungry and my account has been charged for $136.64 for a order that originally only cost $22 I will never give them my business again and they obviously donāt care thatās why they donāt respond to our complaints. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered the 2 large special, it was apparently the manager that took my order (a lady) I don't know her name. When she asked what type of crust I said i wanted pan. She says that's only for the medium special (Verbatim). So I ask then can i just pay the extra then and get them in Pan. she says yes its only a couple dollars difference. so I say that's fine and i pay for the order. So when the delivery comes i get two mediums, so I have the delivery driver call back to the store. I get this same manager on the phone and she says whats the issue. Major problem #1 -(Customer Service) I start to explain my issue and she just keeps talking over me. I say stop you asked me to explain and she is just combative saying i want to explain point by point as I go. I tell her that you never explained that I would have to downgrade to medium to get pan. she says she did but only 20 minutes went by since i ordered and my memory was clear of the conversation we had. I had to hang up she was not friendly. I understand I am Dominoes stupid and didnt know you can not get pan in a large but that was not explained to me. The delivery was fast and the driver very friendly and apologetic. The manager however should take customer service 101...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really want to like this place (Domino's is easily my favorite pizza chain), but since I've moved into the area, EVERY order has been messed up, missing something, or a hassle. If you order more than one dipping sauce, you'll only get one, and still get charged for the others (it's not like the delivery person can change the total charge). Once I made an order and the tracker went through the whole process and claimed that my order was on it's way; however, I got a call from the store and they said they didn't have one of the two ingredients for the pizza I ordered. So, they asked if I would like it omitted or replaced. How did this happen more than half an hour after I submitted my order? Did they use the last of the ingredients on a pizza they burned up? The one nice thing about this place is they were nice to me in person the one time I ordered carry-out. I keep telling myself I won't order from here again, but I do because Domino's is my favorite, and I keep getting screwed over.
