On Saturday September 28th @.10:16 pm, my husband and I ordered from this establishment on Virginia Ave in Hagerstown, MD. I ordered myself the 12pc spicy Jalapeno -Pineapple. My husband the 8 piece Honey BBQ Wings we ordered a 3 piece lava cake and a 2 liter of coke. Now my husband and my family our from out of town and my husband was to preach today at a visiting church in the local area. So, last night saturday the 28th of September we placed our order with Domino's and we received it fairly quickly. After we say down to eat we noticed my order had jalapenos on it and I'd ask to please not add them due to they swell my tongue. My husbands Honey BBQ Wings wasn't BBQ at all. They were plain wings with no type of toping, but however there was a small thing of ranch dipping sauce. The Lava cakes are to come 3 in a box. We received 2. The only thing that we received to be correct out of our total order was the 2 liter of coke. I placed the order a few minutes after ten that night,but as soon as we noticed the issues I contacted Domino's not once but three times with no answer. I of course kept my receipt and called back the following day Sunday September 29th. Ask to speak with the manager in duty and the female whom answered stated she had in fact been the manager on duty for that shift. I explained everything to her as I did above and ask if I could please have the order corrected and replaced please. I was told no! She wasn't the manager in shift last night and being I didn't speak with him last night there was nothing that could or would be done. I said ma'am I in fact called last night three times and didn't you just get through telling me you can see when I call in to your establishment and she stated yes. I said then you should then be able to see I called last night three times from this exact number then correct? She said no actually because it's a new day. I then stayed ihabe my receipt. I'm not trying to get over in anyone id just like the food or order and it be correct. I paid $38.81 for my order. She then ask if I took photos of our food to prove my accusations. I said ma'am I infact did not and it never crossed my mind because I have my receipt and I called three times within a hour of my order being delivered and got no answer. She says well did you push option two..i said ma'am yes I did..long story short she again says even though she sees my order in her system along with me having my receipt she will not replace the mistake that was m order. I offered to even pay for delivery driver to come back out and tip the driver and get told no also..I ask to speak with the manager from the 28th and if i could please have his number and was told the manager I was speaking to tonight that she didn't have his number so, I ask ma'am then if I can't have his number how are you gone to speak with him as you stated to me just now that you would. I was there for over five minutes in front of the curbside delivery sign waiting in the cold while the employees were inside laughing and having fun. I went in to see what was going on, and there were about ten staff in the small store, with about six of them not wearing masks. When I raised my concerns, the staff said that I did not acknowledge my arrival on the app. By the way, I ordered online, and the only option was to include vehicle details, which I did. I was packed in front of the sign for minutes in direct sight of everyone, and no one cared. I refused delivery of the pizza because the staff did not have masks on and were laughing over the food. Read moreThey have been great in the past but last night I was double charged for the same order. When I called and talked to the manager she told me that they only saw one charge but on my bank account it shows 2 charges one with a tip and one without the tip. My biggest concern is that they are only seeing the without tip but they say the driver got a tip. Well how if your only seeing without tip. Also, it was weird this time because the driver had me sign a receipt to write in a tip. That has never happened before. The manager explained to me that drivers can do this so they don't miss out on being tipped. I always tip at the door but this time as soon as I opened he was putting a receipt in my face to sign.I don't know but Im removing the app today.
