This is the worst Domino's in Montgomery county I would never order from here even If my kids were starving and had no food to eat on Earth they're horrible they're rude they're disrespectful they argue with customers they don't make the customers happy they do anything I wish that they were a franchise because they would be much better at handling situation that occur with their drivers with their staff and with their customers who orders the food. As a loyal customer of Domino's for over 20 years, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Joshua on numerous occasions, and I can confidently say that he is a true asset to the store. Whether it's a busy Friday night or a quiet weekday, Joshua, without fail, consistently takes my orders without missing a beat.
His attention to detail is truly commendable. He ensures that every topping, sauce, and crust type is precisely as requested.

Read moreThis location is lousy. In the last six times that I have ordered from them to have a pizza delivered, they screwed up my order three times. This last time when I called them to tell them they screwed up, they told me that if I wanted the pizza that I ordered that I needed to come to the store to pick it up. I told them that I paid a delivery fee to have the pizza that I ordered, the cocky counter help told me that that was too bad, that they didn't have enough drivers to send me my pizza and that "I was out of luck"
So I went to Domino's web site and sent an e-mail with my experience. I did promptly receive a response telling me that this location was independently owned that they would forward my comments to the location management. Two days later I received an email from Edward, their new "General Manager" asking what time and day that he could call to review my experience. We set a time and date. No call, Edward sent an email stating that he would call the next day. No call. Again another email and no call.
Now I see where this location gets their customer service...
