Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the worst experience I've had with any pizza delivery company. I ordered an hour before I wanted the pizza delivered. 20 mins before it was due the system said it was being quality checked. At 50 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered the system said the order was complete. I had no food. I called the store once, they put me on hold, someone picked up and promptly hung up. I called back asked not to be placed on hold and the young lady placed me on hold after several minutes the phone started giving me a ring tone and after 6 rings, hung up on me. It is now over an hour since my order was due and I have two hungry children and no food. I have now been on hold an additional four minutes and am still waiting...five...six...someone answers, and I'm on hold again...and the excuse is...something happened with the driver...

its a great place, but this time i really didn't like it. I got two medium cheese pizzas and they gave me two pepperoni pizzas, i cant eat it cause of bad stomach issues and the grease will hurt me for the day (it was also a hour wait btw). i asked for them to bring the two cheese and they said i had to give back the two pepperoni pizzas (this is during the covid-19 pandemic). i don't know why though? they took 45 more mins and i still had to give the two pep pizzas back... they cant sell it again, i hope they wont eat it cause of covid-19. they would rather throw it away then just leave it here with us? this time sucks, ive never had a...

I always orderd dominos pizza! But lately since summer 2018 they been slacking messing up my orders, it's a hit or miss! I paid extra for Sauce & cheese & I asked extra pineapple on my large pizza last night & the only thing I got out of that was THE SAUCE. I took a photo there was no cheese! Not even extra cheese & for the pineapple 1 or 2 on the pizza! This has happened to me the 3rd time. This is why I'll go pick up my pizza from ledos or pizza hut now. Because I'll know what I'll be paying for. I wouldnt be disappointed. It's not hard to read the directions. Other then that wait time isnt bad for delivering or the driver was...
