On Sunday we ordered 3 pizzas and a salad, on our drive home from a swim meet. Our GPS said we'd arrive at 6:54; the restaurant closes at 7pm. I called to verify we would recieve our order, as I placed the order at 6:20pm. We stopped in on our way through prince frederick and the girl behind the counter said it would be an additional 74 minutes, as they just got a rush of people. We drove home to Lusby, and as we got almost home, within 20 minutes, I received a text saying my order was complete and ready for pick up. Had I known my order was going to be ready within 20 minutes, NOT 74min. we would have waited for our food. Therefore, by the time I drove back to the restaurant (which I have to add the doors were locked and the restaurant staff was cleaning up, and cashier was cashing out for the day, I had to pound on the window because no one was answering to my pounding on the door) then home, almost 45 minutes had passed. Our pizza was cold as ever, and the salad wasnt kept cold, therefore it was browning on the edges of the lettuce. I have never had such awful service for 69$ pizza. Terrible. Simply terrible. Customer service was awful. Because I ordered online, apparently three brothers uses a third party for online ordering. Which is not easily accessible to get a refund or compalints. So here you go. Read moreOrdered a to go order. Drove up from St Mary’s and started driving home. Something told me to check my order as we crossed over the bridge. Opened up order and it was wrong. Called them to let them know and they told me my husbanded ordered it wrong it wasn’t their fault. Wow my husband said he ordered linguine because the item said choose your pasta type. Rude older women who works there and her lack of customer service will cause me not to return. Disappointing that that’s their customer service and how they deal with their mistakes. They said that’s what they gave us because he didn’t specify. If the dish says choose your own pasta isn’t it the person responsibility to ask and confirm that they chose one? Guess ordering Linguine wasn’t the correct choice in her book. If she forgot to specify when placing the order she could have said I am so sorry I forgot to mark that instead of blaming customers. Guess not… so if you go there be ready to be blamed for their mistakes when your orders wrong. Waste of gas and food is low quality… French fries were nearly empty. Cheese steak has no flavor should have just got a veggie sub. Thank goodness peppers were put on it he said. Guessing they replaced old cooks because food use to be good and my husband had us drive 45 mins since he use to love it and wanted me to experience it. His response was they don’t have to worry about me driving back up there for food anymore and waste my money. I would rather McDonalds…...
Read moreI had just checked into the hotel from a 3 hour drive and was starving. Saw the restaurant thought I would get a cheesesteak and order fries. After waiting 35 minutes the cheesesteak the first go round came out ice cold and my french fries had a bunch of cheese on top that I hadn’t even ordered to be there So I said to myself mistakes happen and I left the hotel and I gave them another chance to remake it again. The cheesesteak was still ice cold. It’s like they scraped the meat off the top of the old one, added cheese to the bottom of it and dumped it right back on top I can say, the fries looked good and I thought they would’ve been good But they put the ketchup container on top of and in with my fries. What a horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this place...
