Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

One star! The reason I give it that is for delivery reasons!?!?! I work at a local business where my customers want to order pizza. Papa John's and Pizza Hut were the only pizza places that deliver there. Dominos came by my work and dropped off menus and told us they started delivering to our area. So when my customer said they were hungry they had an option of Papa John's 50% off or dominos delivering to the establishment. They went with dominos. After an hour and a half I finally called and I was told that the delivery driver was told we had already gotten our pizza and so the driver went back with it. When I called they said they would remake it and send it back out with the next driver. So we are now two hours and 45 minutes later I get a call from a number I don't know and I'm at work so if you don't leave a message I don't answer it or I'm working. When the reorder comes the driver calls and txt after I am unable to answer the call the driver brings it in the front door. Finally the food comes for my customers and they are happy to eat. Then an hour later another customer wanted wings so I suggested Pizza Hut they got their order in 45 minutes I also placed the order under my name and number. Then I got a third phone call from anphone number I did not now so I decided to answer it and it was my delivery driver calling me to tell me my order was there. I am in a establishment where I am working and ordered food. From what I know about delivery is that if you order they knock on the door or ring the door bell. From what I have gathered is the first driver called me I did not answer so he did not walk to the front door of the business. Decided then then to leave and went back to the store and told the manager we had already gotten our pizza. Half of the time I order at home I say call before here because a crazy dog lives and a child sleeping they ring the doorbel! But when you are at a business they call and if you do not answer they will not even get out of their car. This is one thing that infuriates me! GET OUT OF YOUR CAR! WALK THROUGH THE PARKING LOT AND COME TO THE FRONT DOOR. That is how you make...

I placed an order at Dominos on Great Mills RD, Lexington Park MD for 8 wings, 1 salad, 1 med buffalo chicken, 1 half veggie & half ham and sausage, and 2 garlic cups. I recieved everything correct except the vagie and half/sausage as well as the garlic cups. The driver said they would remake the pizza. I called and said just do the ham and sausage since it's less ingredients and cheaper. The store agreed. Then they call and tell me the person who took my original order didn't ring up the garlic cups and wanted me to replace an order for 2 of them. Was also told to ensure that the cashier rings them up. I disagreed. How am I supposed to do that on a phone in order???? Then they told me my remade pizza was already on the way so they could get me the garlic cups that I am missing. So my remade ham and sausage pizza shows up. Only it's not ham and sausage! It's vegie with ham and sausage! So I call again and tell them. They apologize and say that the ham and sausage has been sitting there and that they will send it out. Yet again I ask for the 2 garlic cups and am told by the manager they will come with it. I then said, boy yall are sure having a bad night. I was then hung up on. To top everything off, I finally got the ham and sausage pizza (tasted old) but they failed to give me the garlic cups! At least my kids were finally able to eat an hour after...

We traveled to St. Mary’s County the other day to visit my daughters college. We were at a local hotel and gave them the address. We ordered some pizzas. We then called back to place another order to be added. Come to find out we should have called a closer Dominos but no one told us that when we called. The driver showed up and told us. Then he didn’t have our second order. He said it would probably be cancelled due to the mix up. I called the store back to find out. During this my husband try’s to eat the pizza we got. It was not cooked all the way. While on hold to ask about the second delivery and to tell them about the pizza another delivery driver shows up with second order. They were not happy about the distance they had to travel. I said we were sorry we thought we called the one across the street from us. At this point the person I called hung up. I was so frustrated at this point I gave the pizza back to the driver and said please take this back and let them know it wasn’t cooked. I never heard from the store about the uncooked pizza. I tried to call back but...
