The worst experience. We order the pizza online which we waited 55 mins for. When it got here, it was cold, the pizza looked like it was a week old and the cheese and the crust looked burnt. We called Snowden where it came from and were told that they would make a new one and send it out right away. We could not cancel the order because we had paid cash. 1 hr later, no pizza. When my husband called Snowden and asked for the mgr., he said he knew nothing about it, apologize and said that he would make one and send it out immediately. Mind you, it was already 3 hrs later, no pizza. I called this time and spoke to the manager. He had the nerve to tell me that the pizza was made and WAITING for the delivery driver to return. They had left to make other runs while our pizza was sitting there. This is his idea of "right away". The makeup pizza still in the shop 1 hr after he promised it. By this time, it was well over 3 hrs since our original order, 11:50 pm, and we weren't going to wait for the drivers to return and deliver our cold pizza at 1 am. BTW, the don't issue refunds. They would only give us a free pizza the next time we order although we never want to order there again. The pizza we received looked decent but it was just ok even though we were starving or maybe it was because we were fuming and the manager's excuses we so lame. There is a reason why this establishment's ratings are low. They have a lot of work to do to...
Read moreOrdered a medium pizza and boneless chicken at 6:15 pm EST. The order was not delivered until well after 8:00 pm despite the fact that the confirmation stated delivery time between 25 - 37 mins. Either the website needs & confirmation email needs adjustment or someone doesn’t know how to tell time. Either way, we refused the pizza upon arrival and then sat on hold / in queue with the local store attempting to cancel the order for over an hour. While we were on hold, a store associate answered after 45 mins just to say, “Thank you for calling Dominos hold please”. Then back on hold for another 30 mins. This is not our first negative experience and from reading other reviews, we’ve received the “we’re really busy excuse from mgmt at this location” several times. This is unacceptable customer service regardless of how busy the location is! I’m surprised they are still in business in the area with Pizza Hut, Little Cesar’s, Papa Johns, and Grottos Pizza right next door. So to add insult to injury, we hung up with Dominos after sitting on hold and placed an almost identical order with Papa Johns (both stores are withing 8 mins of our house) and received the order in under 25 mins! Ridiculous. All of this while my kid was in the background asking, “Where is the pizza!!!! What’s taking so long!!!” In short, we will not be ordering from this...
Read moreI used to order from this Dominos once a week a few years ago as the tradition in our house for Friday nights is movie and a pizza. Over the last 9-12 months we started noticing the quality of the pizza started declining so we started ordering from Papa Johns instead.
Cut to 2-3 months ago, we decided to give them another try, just for old times sake because surely what was going on before wouldn't still be happening. We placed an order online per usual and after an hour went by I decided to give the store a call to see what was going on as there was no note of a delayed delivery time listed.
The young lady stated that "something happened with the driver" and how they were "just getting ready to call me" which I thought was pretty convenient but whatever. I asked the young lady if my pizza would still be hot whenever it did finally arrive and she assured me that they would just remake my order and resend it via a new driver. 20 minutes later I guess they'd gotten their signals crossed because I assuredly received my original order as my pizza was delivered at room temperature.
Clearly I'm a glutton for punishment as we just ordered from there tonight. The pizza left the store at 7:16p, we received it at 7:54p, room temperature and strewn all over the box.
Needless to say this was the last straw. Never...
