Normally, I would wait to write a review until after I eat the food. However, this time is a little bit different. This time the restaurant is getting a review before that. I’m sure the food is OK as I have never had a bad experience eating a Don Pollo. Like I said this time is a little bit different. I went into order my food with my brother and nephew behind me and we were paying separately. I ordered my food and the manager Caesar took my order no problem. But when my brother tried to order my nephews food Caesar said sorry we’re closed. I tried to explain to him that we were together and it was for my nephew but Caesar wouldn’t hear anything of it because they had a holiday party for the employees. I don’t know about you but someone that treats a 2 1/2 year-old like that does not get any respect for me. The funny thing is I ordered a lomo saltado which is a prepared dish. My brother was just trying to order my nephew fried rice which is already made and just needs to be packaged. The worst part of the whole experience was Caesar’s attitude. The way he talked to my brother almost got him in a serious situation. Nonetheless I am extremely upset and will not be supporting Don Pollo anymore especially when they employ such rude people. Good job 👏 really great customer service. Especially at Christmas time....

I visited their restaurant on June 27th. I did not realize their restaurant closed at 9:00 PM. I used their website to order food. Not uber eats not grubb hub or any 3rd party vendor. When I got the restaurant prior to 9 pm, I was told that they don't have my order. I told them that their website allowed me to order and it was charged to my credit card. The manager on duty asked me for a confirmation number. I did not receive a confirmation email once I placed the order. The only evidence I had was the transaction went through on my credit card. I showed them that evening the transaction and they refused to give me my money back. They basically told me that I need to take it up with the people who run their website. I sent an email to Cramariz which is listed on their website but still yet to see a response. The bottom line is this, I did nothing wrong and I'm out $9.82. It's not about the money it's about the principal of it. Their website should of not allowed me to order if they closed at 9. The website should of sent me a confirmation email in which I never received. At this point they have refused to give me...

Even though this place seems to serve pretty authentic Peruvian food, the quality of everything is pretty average. The customer service, however, is terrible.
We walked in and I asked the lady up front some questions in regards to how they cook their food. She was very rude and gave me terrible attitude. At the end of our conversation I ordered the Lomo Saltado. She charged me $3 more than what was stated on their menu. I asked her about this and she said they haven't updated their menus. Ok w/e.
I waited 25 minutes for my meal. Man it took a while. While the food looked good, presentation wise, it was, again, average. It came with fries and for some reason they put the beef mixed in with the fries. They were soggy afff. These would have been pretty delicious but they were wet. It was kind of gross. The beef wasn't too bad. It just didn't have enough flavor to it to call it amazing. I like that they gave a lot though. I ate everything in my meal except for the fries. They made me lose some of my appetite.
I won't be coming back. I can't deal with their costumer facing workers. Also, food isn't good enough for me to come back. If you value the same things then don't...
