I was attempting to buy a Sleep Number bed via chat. Everything about that experience was negative. I signed up for a Credit Card to buy the bed and made some choices through the chat and ordered a bed. When I received the order it was not was I was told at all. I was going to cancel the whole thing and quite frustrated with the whole process. The next morning I got a calll from Dylan Jacob’s of the Montgomery Mall store who noticed that I had been looking online for a new bed. He asked if I needed some help with a purchase. I explained my awful and frustrating experience trying to buy a new bed to replace the Sleep Number bed I have owned for 19 years. He told me he would help me sort out the mess. So I went to the store. Helped me sort out everything with a lot of patience. I bought a different and more expensive mattress that I was going to buy. He showed me different beds and helped me try them out. So I bought a P5 bed with an adjustable base using the new refit card associated with Sleep Number. It was a huge difference to work with him. He made the whole process seamless and simple compared to my original horrible Chat experience. I am very grateful for his help in making the right purchase. Read moreIf I could give this store no stars, I would. No words can describe how disappointed I am about this store. We purchased our sleep number mattress on Nov 14 with our delivery date scheduled Dec 11 to our new apartment. The worker at sleep number got our delivery address, the billing address ALL wrong and when we caught this mistake a few weeks later and when I went to the store to change it- the delivery address changed to January 22. Almost a month later!!!!!!!!! I went to the store and asked to change it to the wrong address so at least I can meet them there and get my mattress on Dec 11 so I can have something to sleep on. After being on the phone with sleep number for 2 hours I just literally had the worst customer service, they simply didn’t care and kept putting me on hold. And in the store the workers aren’t helpful whatsoever. They just told me to call customer service myself. I had to cancel my entire order of $5,000 and I am just so disappointed in how sleep number handled this situation. When you pay this much for a mattress at least the customer service can be more helpful. Thanks for such a terrible experience...
Read moreI have to say that the service I received on the phone when I called from out of state on behalf of my mother, who misplaced her remote and wanted to see if she could get a replacement....was EXCELLENT!!
The gentleman who took my phone call, his name is mohammad, was so kind and so patient and went above and beyond to help find the exact item that she needed and track down the year of her bed because it was also something we did not know, because her bed is quite old and was a gift.
And he even followed up with us to see how we were doing. So I hope that he gets a raise in his paycheck because I used to work in sales, and I have never come across someone so knowledgeable and so kind and so helpful and he didn't make a dime off of that phone call. But he put himself out there to help myself and my 80 year old mother. So thank you so very much! God...
