Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Ah, how delightfully quaint and reminisent of my visits to a number of oh so familiar but differntly located places.! My recent escapade to this charming establishment was an experience as sweet as a symphony. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee tantalized my senses as I entered the enchanting ambiance. The selection of donuts was a veritable tour de force, each pastry more artfully crafted than the last.

The delectable array of flavors and textures offered a delightful journey for the discerning palate. One could not help but be captivated by the finesse with which these culinary creations were presented. It was as though the pastry chef was a virtuoso, skillfully composing a melodic harmony of flavors to enchant even the most sophisticated tastes.

We come here most weekends, and it just keeps getting worse and worse each time. To start todays visit, the entrance was full of water. (It was drizzling outside, but not pouring.) A customer fell flat on their back walking in, and the staff acted like they didn’t even notice. Then, while our box of donuts was being filled, the associate’s untied waist long hair was touching all of the donuts as she turned back and forth…gross. After checkout, we grabbed straws and waited for our drinks. We attempted to throw away the wrappers, but every trashcan was overflowing. This included the ones in the lobby, behind the counter, and even the two outside. There was only one other customer in the store, who arrived at the same time, and nobody in the drive thru, so the employees were not busy. After waiting for awhile, we had to ask for our drinks because they had been completely forgotten about. We might’ve sat down during the extended wait, but the tables were all covered in either trash or spilled drinks. The whole place was...

I have been buying coffee nearly every day using the app for this particular Dunkin Donuts Store. Today, my coffee was not in the mobile tray for me to walk in and pick up. They asked me my name and order number and I gave it to them. They insisted the coffee was taken already and tried not to give me a coffee. Who steals a $2 coffee? Better yet, who lies about a $2 coffee and wants another. If it's that serious, look at the cameras. You will clearly see someone stole my coffee but you want to blame me. They eventually made another one and gave it to me but the fact that I come to this store EVERYDAY and have never had a problem, then as soon as I do have an issue, you blame me and not give me my coffee you already took money out of my account for???
