There is a horrendous language barrier problem at this location. The lady spoke to me in a very pronounced Indian or Pakistani accent so much so that I could barely understand her. I was speaking English clearly and concisely and she had an tremendously difficult time understanding me. In fact, I had to literally repeat my order at least 10 times for her to tell me she finally inderstood me; and since I was already very mentally and physically exhausted from sitting in court for 3 hours I didn't open the bag and check it out before leaving as I would normally do. I got home and opened the bag and found I was charged and given an extra 6pc hashbrowns I did not order and moreover the loaded Chipotle hasbrowns were absolutely disgusting. They were very burnt, had only a few tidbits of bacon and barely a few drops of sauce, also no queso. I get this item all the time at other locations so obviously I knew immediately that it was not made correctly. How ridiculous and very unacceptable for $4.49! Between my bagel sandwich, LG hot coffee and my supposed loaded Chipotle hashbrowns I paid $11.12 and I was absolutely ripped off! Start hiring American citizens who speak English and can better understand the customer which is absolutely your customer service obligation; additionally retraining of associates and or implementing an automated ordering kiosk as other locations already use are really good ideas! Read moreGoing through the drive thru, I ordered a dozen donuts and a large coffee as I do on a regular weekly basis when I am at home.
I was asked if I'd like cream and sugar after I said "black coffee," and I told the person 3 times, "black coffee". No sugar or cream.
I get to the window, pay for my order, and then the guy hands me the donuts. I checked the donuts to make sure I received the correct order because in the past, they have given me the wrong donuts. The donuts were correct. He hands me the coffee. I put it in the cup holder, and I'm on my way.
I usually let the coffee sit for a few minutes to cool down before I drink it. So I'm down the road, and I take a sip of coffee. It has got cream and sugar in it. Normally, I would just dump it out. But this time, I just made a U-turn and went back. I let them know at the speaker that they served me the wrong thing. I was not angry or belligerent.
I got to the window and explained the situation to the guy. I handed him the coffee I was originally served, and he handed me another cup. I asked him if he could open it so I could see that it was correct. He got belligerent and told me it's not his responsibility to do that. I told him that it's his responsibility to serve it as ordered in the first place. Needless to say, I haven't been back there.

Read moreI usually love going to Dunkin but this day, not so much. We went to the drive thru and could barely hear the lady speaking to us so we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. It wasn't just me. My husband couldn't understand her either and he was in the driver's seat. No, it wasn't the accent. She just wasn't speaking into the mic until she told us to come to the window. We heard that loud and clear. When we got to the window, the lady on the mic was very pleasant to us. However, the young lady who was helping her was not. She kept asking us about our drink order, we just wanted no ice in the refresher and an iced chai latte. I don't know if she was just not focused or what but she asked 3 times about the drinks and the no ice. Still put the ice in the refresher cup and made the chai tea with no ice. I accepted it so we could move on but then she slammed the refresher cup on the counter in anger or frustration. Don't know which and I don't care. Then she started taking the ice out of the cup with a spoon. So now I'm angry and I began to raise my voice to the lady at the window and I had to apologize to her bcs it wasn't her fault. She apologized for the young lady's behavior and finishes the order for us. Thus the 3 stars...
