Im usually very understanding and do not like giving bad reviews⦠however I must leave this review. I come here faithfully, the staff are usually very nice and professional I never really have any issues when it comes to those kinds of things⦠however I am very frustrated with this particular location because as Iāve stated I come to this location almost every single day and get the same thing everytime (a medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and cold foam) for some odd reason every time I come to this location my total is a different price everytime.. when I bring it up to the employees attentions questioning why my total is different than what I paid āyesterdayā and or if there was a price increase in the menu and the answer is always I dont know and a shoulder shrug⦠i then bring it to the managers attention and his response is someone probably rung my order up wrong the last time which shows that your staff does not know their job⦠but cool I get it one or two times is okay but Iāve been to this location more than 10x and itās always a different price, he also tries to argue me down and tryās to tell me what I come and order on a day to day basis instead of trying to get to the bottom of and accommodate why my total is a different price each time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI completed and prepaid for a mobile order. When I arrived at the drive thru a guy who said he was the owner, he said he needed to scan my app to give me my order. I showed him the app, which showed the order # had been paid for, but there was nothing to scan as the order had already been completed in the app and sent to the store. He stood at the window for approx 10 minutes, refusing to check for it items I had ordered and paid for. He said he wasn't going to give me a free meal.
Finally, I explained to one of the females who was standing behind him that I ordered via the mobile app and also gave her the order number. She asked had anyone received the order at first the answer was no then someone said oh yes yes yes and brought my order to the window. It was cold after obviously sitting for so long.
I expressed to the "owner" that he was very rude and treated a regular customer very poorly. He said that well many people come there and try to get food and not pay. I said we'll I never have, infact I have come there almost daily and patronize his business.
I used to get breakfast here almost daily but never again. I will not spend one penny here.
NOTE: The guy that I used to see daily, who I thought was the owner, was not the same guy regarding this...

I was expecting that to be followed up with the typical service lines of "What would you like?" or "What can I get started for you?" Neither of which followed. When I asked the woman if she was ready to take my order, she rudely responded with, "Yes, that's why I said, 'Hi.'" To which I replied, "Well I believe that there is usually something else supposed to follow that but okay..." And then... this individual had the nerve to say, "Well some people say that, but not everyone does." Okay... chick. You work in a service role. Even if you want to respond that way, it's not okay because you are supposed to embody service with a smile and try to be respectful even if you disagree (despite you being clearly wrong). I've had some folks be nice to me and get my order right, but it's never consistent at this location.
