So I've been here a few times. My most recent order was excellent. I ordered on the app and we had about six drinks in the order. When we pulled up to the window the drinks came out and each one has a label to indicate what each drink was. That was fast improvement on the way it has been in the past.
One of the issues with my previous visit was that when you order on the app they only ask you for your name and not the order number. So if your name is common then you may end up getting someone else's order and have to wait while they locate your order. I would recommend asking for the order number and not the name as it at least identifies the actual order.
The only other show I've had with this location was when I ordered ahead donuts and boxes of coffee for my work. I ordered about an hour ahead, arrived, gave them my order number and pulled up to the window where I was told to please park the car and come in. When I went in, I was told that for larger orders I should have called ahead to let them know so they could have made additional coffee. If ordering ahead is a requirement then that really should be listed on the app or remove the ability to make larger orders via the app. In my opinion if I order on the app an hour in advance then there shouldn't be an issue, or there should be an option to select a pickup time.
Other than that the location itself is rather clean, the people for the most part are friendly, the drinks are made well and the donuts, well they're donuts, so not so great for you, but...
Read moreWent to my local neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts for their free donut they had posted on their website to honor military Veterans for Veterans Day. STAFF said no and were difficult to understand. After getting my phone and showing them the offer they still said no and told me something about using my debit card. THIS WAS AT 3:30 P.M. with not one other customer in the store so it was not like they were busy/distracted. Then they started conversing in a foreign language. Not sure if they know what Veterans Day means or if they simply were unaware of the offer from their owner/manager. After showing them the offer again on my phone, they eventually agreed and I picked out a donut and they said that one was not allowed. So I just picked out a glazed donut....did not really want a donut that badly but it was just the point. Either honor Veterans with such offers or don't. Decided to go to 3 other local Dunkin Donuts (within 4 mile radius) to see how they handled the offer and all other stores were grateful of Veterans and thanked me for my 24 years of military service....all other stores were well aware of the offer to honor Veterans. Very disappointing experience....communication barrier was definitely concerning. Will be going back to Donut Shack on Ritchie Highway next time I...

Now, I'm sure you're thinking. "Chandler, are you going to be like the other reviewers and complain that the workers are Indian and can't understand you?"
No, in fact I think the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager.
They get my coffee and donuts right, but it's the food such as sandwiches and bagels they get wrong.
For example, I'll ask for an Angus Bagel without the egg... They'll throw the egg in.
Or A Chicken Sandwich without cheese... They put the cheese on.
Now to be honest, I usually order early in the morning where they're packed, and I understand that all places can get orders wrong in peak hours.
It's just that I have to dock them a star for how much they get it wrong.
The place itself is clean, and well laid out. Parking and drive through are also very well positioned.
I'll keep coming here, but I look forward to the day they don't put egg on my $6 Angus Bagel :(
But hey, Atleast it's not like McDonald's where you'll order a fish fillet and instead get five burgers and...
