My fiancรฉ and I went here tonight. It took a while for our food to come out but it's Saturday night, I get it. Our server, Andrew, was quick with drink refills and knew the specials and menu very well. My fiancรฉ didn't like that one of the busers had asked if we wanted bread instead of our server, and that it took the server a bit to initially come to our table, but it was busy, so I thought that was fine. What irked me was how long it took for the food to come out and then it wasn't worth the wait. My fiancรฉ got the Italian wedding soup and Eggplant Parm, he said both were good but again, not really worth the wait. I got the Salmon Casino, which is labeled on the menu as a signature dish. It was okay, I liked the sauce and the salmon itself but the crab on top was cold when it had literally just come out of the kitchen, which we happened to be seated near. Usually a signature dish defines the place, and if that's the case with Primo, we won't be coming back because we were definitely let down. I got both kinds of potatoes (mashed and roasted red) with my supposed signature dish. Both were bland. The mashed were dry, could've benefited from some butter. The red potatoes were just plain boring, any kind of seasoning might have made it worth the wait. TLDR: Great service in my opinion, but not good enough food to warrant a return for the prices on the menu.

We went here to celebrate our friend Margaret's ๐ŸŽ‚ birthday. She had come to here a few weeks prior and loved their food, so it being her birthday, it was her choice .. When we got there, not everyone in our party was there yet.. the birthday girl was running late, coming from Carroll County. She was caught up in traffic. We were all seated in a booth and felt a little crowded.. when we ask the server about getting moved to another table, he let us know that it had to be more than 6 people in the party and pulled a chair over and put it at the end of the table.. which would've only led to being smushed together.. When Margaret arrived, we didn't want to put her gift bags on the floor, so we asked another server if we could pull another table over, and he didn't hesitate and pushed the table over where we were able to put her gifts.. our original server didn't have a good waiter disposition.. It seems as the time came that the party was coming to an end, he tried being nicer when he knew we were not happy with him! He came out with the birthday cake! Nice gesture, but kinda too late. Can't remember his name, but we were there on April 5th at 1 o'clock. The food was delicious!

Came to Primo with my boyfriend for my birthday had a great evening dining. The place was buzzing with customers and we still managed to get a good table. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was a dream. The pizzas are delicious, pasta was cooked perfectly. I recommend the baked ziti it has so much flavor packed into one dish and more points if you love cheese. They let me chose from their entire dessert list for a free dessert on account of it being my birthday and I got a free slice of cheesecake! What a treat. 3 tables of cheerful guests sang me happy birthday all very friendly and welcoming. Living in Pasadena whenever I craved Italian Iโ€™d always go all the way to arundel mills to Olive Garden and suddenly I discovered this wonderful gem just conveniently 15 minutes from home! I am happy to say I will be returning I hope my review helps. โค๏ธ

My family and I went to Primo tonight. We were pretty excited to try it out, as the majority of the reviews are really good. Sadly, we did not share the same opinions as many of the other guests who have come here. We did have wonderful service. Our waitress was very attentive, as well as everyone else working there. I donโ€™t think one person passed our table without making sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I were not a fan of the food, at all. We ordered the oysters Rockefeller. This was not too bad, until I bit into some of the shell which had gotten into my oyster somehow. Weโ€™ve ordered this a lot from other places, and Iโ€™ve never gotten bits of shell in my food. I wrote it off in my head, it wasnโ€™t going to ruin my experience. Things like that happen when youโ€™re eating seafood I guess. However, when our meals came, I felt like it was quite clear that the food here just isnโ€™t that great. My husband ordered the cream of crab soup and chicken Alfredo. I ordered the stuffed shells. He didnโ€™t complain much about his soup, just told me that it was not the best heโ€™s had. Then we started on our main course. My stuffed shells looked like they had can sauce on them and my husbandโ€™s Alfredo didnโ€™t look that awesome either. The runner asked if we would like to have some parmigiana cheese. We both said yes, and I was excited, thinking it was going to be freshly grated parmigiana cheese in the bowl that she was about to sprinkle on my dish. Nope. It was just like kraft powdered looking parmigiana cheese. I took a bite of my stuffed shells and was so disappointed. I was looking for some really delicious cheese mixture stuffed in shells, with a homemade sauce and nice gooey Mozzarella cheese on top... again, nope. The dish lacked flavor, Iโ€™m about 98% sure they use a can sauce, not even sauce from a jar, and The dish was not even warm enough for the cheese on top to be gooey. I have a feeling the shells were probably pre-made froze shells, I could get from the grocery story. Now, on to my husbandโ€™s chicken Alfredo. He told me that it wasnโ€™t that good, I asked if I could try it. He obliged. I took a bite of the pasta with the chicken and tasted nothing. Iโ€™m about 98% sure the chicken that we paid $5 extra for in his dish was boiled, which is the worst way to cook chicken. The dish as a whole was just completely flavorless. It was not seasoned at all. Not even with some fresh garlic, parsley, salt or pepper. The best thing at our table tonight was our daughterโ€™s meal. Our two girls shared chicken tenders and fries. Frozen tenders, frozen fries which were all fried. Normal for the majority of restaurants, I didnโ€™t expect anything differently with their meal. Iโ€™m just so sad that we wasted $80 on our meals here tonight. I highly doubt we will...

7/23/2021: I have a migraine. It has been prevalent over the course of 3 prolonged days and nights, today marking the third. Due to this abhorrent affliction I have been unable to attend social gatherings, occupational obligations, and has even seeped into my showings of affection and companionship to my Significant Other. (Physically and Emotionally)

Glory. The pain is finally fleeting and my relationship with the world is imminent. The splash of hope and wonderment that was once present in my wife's eyes has slowly started to return,

Commemoration. This day is to be remembered, and never forgotten as the day I have gotten my "๐’ˆ๐’“๐’๐’๐’—๐’†" back. The bells ring loudly as the children flood the streets rejoicing. The War is won. In Celebration, I order cuisine from a Highly rated eatery for the Apple of my Eye as well as for myself. To go, of course, now that the lost intimacy that once left this relationship ill-fated has since rekindled; a romantic night in is the only course of action to alleviate this staggering quest of a week...

Ragnarรถk. The Battle was over, we had won. Alas, that was foolish of me. Entertaining the possibility of optimism after hardships in life as if some form of "karma" existed. Where did I go wrong, Mother? One might say in ordering a "Primo Parmigiana Sub" from a self proclaimed Italian Restaurant. I was foolish to have faith. My belief was that surely, a Pasta kitchen this highly rated would know how to make a great-a-meatball. False. What arrived in a 12-inch "Ciabatta sub roll" can only be described as a Fallacy. This was no meatball at all. This was what seemed to be a scoop of ground beef spread thinly with a knife onto what seemed like a French Torpedo Roll! Nowhere near the performance expected from the aforementioned Ciabatta sub roll. They tasted and looked to be ground beef rolled into soft balls and smeared into the cross section of my Roll.

[Here I will add that this ground beef was in no way grotesque, it was just no ๐™ˆ๐™š๐™–๐™ฉ๐™—๐™–๐™ก๐™ก. It had a taste exactly mimicking correctly seasoned beef that goes into a Taco Shell. I could taste the Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic and Onion. But not one, not one fresh herb. No oregano, no parsley, no basil. Dare I Suggest there were no breadcrumbs in them at all?]

I let the emotions get the better of me in some of my bracketed statements appearing above, for that I apologize. I will not however apologize for the fact that this French Torpedo Taco has given me another Migraine. another...

Went there 3/4/25 always start with a Sour Apple Martini then get oyster Rockefeller the sauce is creamy with spinach out of this world. That day the special was Crabby Tater tots. They was crispy tots with a crabmeat sause. Very filling. I always get dinners to go for my family. We got the Buratta Caprese, with the fresh mozzarella really adds a nice touch. Fresh heirloom tomatoes are so good. We had the surf & turf, the filet was so tender we cut it with a butter knife, it comes with crab cake or shrimp. The crab cake dont have alot of fillers, real crab..We got mashed potatoes and a veg or you can get pasta also. Pasta is homemade. We had chix parm with spaghetti, the chix breast was so juicy & tender we cut it with a fork. Last time we got the veal also wonderful. I had chix Francese with pasta the lemon cream sauce was very refreshing with a touch of spinach. Again the chix was tender & juicy. My son got the Chix Rollatine it was stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella & parm cheese. Stuffed then broiled served with a Chesapeake Cream Sauce & of coarse pasta. I got a vegatarin pizza. All fresh vegetables better then any of the sub shops. You get your choice of white garlic sauce or homemade marinara. Of coarse we had to get cannolies they are huge, we usually share. Topped with chocolate chips. Once aweek they have a mystery pasta dish, we have never been disappointed. Alot of times i go by myself the friendly staff always make me feel welcome. They are always kind & appreciate their customers. Even the kitchen staff smile. They must be really good to work for, not alot of turn over. Some have been there along time. I like to play horserace & keno. They are really on the ball to get your tickets in no matter how busy they are, everybody works together. If i win, they win.. They truly rock I...
