Visited this location today thinking that after last summer that it would have improved. Last year the place was infested with gnats, so I passed. This time, no gnats, but the cashier used the same gloves for the cash register to get my donuts. I watched her touch the rails, cash register, countertops, and then the donuts I selected. I showed my displeasure hoping that she would get the hint and put on some different gloves or use some tongs, but she didn't. Instead she joked with another employee about me not being able to decide which donut I wanted, when the problem was whether I should tell her about how unsanitary she was being, or if I should just leave, or if I should ask for a manager (nowhere in sight), or if I should just smile and submit my comment and hope that someone in management makes some changes and never visit this DD again. I figure this way, everyone gets a second chance to keep their job, or make some drastic changes, and I get to throw away the donuts and not get sick, and try to make sure no one else does by making this post. I wasn't sure if not wearing gloves was normal procedure, because pizza makers don't wear gloves, but I still decided to frequent a different Dunkin Donuts and the experience was totally different. The cashier punched in my total, and then put on a pair of clean gloves to get my donuts. Afterwards, she removed the gloves and continued to check me out and give me a receipt. Needless to say, I didn't keep the donuts from the first DD. However, I purchased the donuts at the first DD, because I wanted to see what kind of service I would receive, get a receipt, and find out who was not very helpful by not being sanitary since that person didn't have a nametag on. Hope service improves, but I will never know now, unless they tear it down and build a new DD there. So, 6 donuts, $5.99, grinning and bearing poor service and bad sanitation , $0.00, but posting this comment to warn others, throwing out my donuts, and not getting...
Read moreI put a mobile order in for a few items. Walked in and wasn't greeted, then saw my drink at the mobile app pick up. Once I got over there was asked if that was my order and I replied “yes” . She told me one of the items they didn't have and replaced with one without bacon. Then continued to tell me they didn't have the quantity of chocolate munkins that I ordered which in fairness I order the wrong amount. I told her that I would take the quantity that I wanted in chocolate... She yells... We don't have any munchkins! I said, oh!. She told me that she'd refund me. Another young lady which was sweet handed me my 2 donuts which were wrong so she went to get the right ones then giving me the others also. Back to the other young lady yelling... Ma'am! I can refund here! At that point, I raised my voice at that point... I'm waiting for my donuts! I'll be there in a moment! She then said she'd scan my app, she didn't want to listen to the fact that I used a guest order feature on the app, had me scroll and hold up my phone to her several times only to say... I guess I'll just refund your card, rolling her eyes as if it's my fault??? I said thanks for my receipt and she just walked away.
Look ya'll! Ive been in a career in customer service for over 10 years, I get it... However, I'm really exhausted going into a place and treated as if I'm the inconvence, all at the same time I'm still polite.
I will continue my business at prince frederick location. I'm that disappointed with...
Read moreFriday placed an order through door dash, completely not my order on the ticket or in the bag. However spoke to the dasher, she went all the way back and picked up the correct order. I sent pics of what I ordered (on door dash), and what I received on the ticket and in the bag. Dunkin was rude to me and the dasher. Once they saw the pictures they doubled what I ordered. Today I ordered again. They clearly missed a wake up wrap in my bag and on the ticket on the bag. I called them and told them the dasher was going back to bring me back my wake up wrap. The dasher was refused my wake up wrap. I called and the girl on the phone was told I do this all the time and she can't just give away free food. First of all you guys are making the mistakes it's evident and clear when I show proof. And it's not free food if I'm paying for the food and you miss it or give me someone else's order or the wrong order in general. All I want is what I order not free food or someone else's food, just what I order. I shouldn't have to go directly to the store to show my order that is missing food. And I expect to be treated better especially when you guys are the one's getting the order incorrect. Just sayin!!! I always keep my orders and pictures especially when it's incorrect. Not trying to be rude just get it right. Double check the orders. Please. Next time I will just go...
