Their menu depends heavily on who's working. Example: There is a group of girls who works the mornings who insist they don't make frozen vanilla chai. Even though this is the location where I first tried the frozen vanilla chai. Even though I had a frozen vanilla chai from this location two weeks before they told me they've never made it the first time. Even though I had a frozen vanilla chai from this location last Wednesday, but for some reason as of today they told my mother they "never made that drink" and sent her away with something that was very obviously iced coffee after telling her they would make her a frozen vanilla chai. I'm tired of playing Russian Roulette with whether they feel like making my drink or not and then being laughed at and belittled by staff when they decide "this location doesn't make that drink". The staff at the other DD's are much nicer anyways.
EDIT 8/14/18: Here I am, sippin on the frozen vanilla chai I bought at this location that they don't sell supposedly. Got a receipt to show next time...
Read moreProbably the WORST Dunkin. Actually by far the worst Dunkin location. Upcharges, and they ALWAYS get your order wrong. You have to clarify the simplest things like putting liquid sugar in cold drinks which is something they should already know. I have literally never had a good experience with these people the only reason why l had to go here was because my job is like 3 mins away. Never again will l be supporting this location. Not until they hire a whole new staff and I’d recommend you guys not to. I remember they made my drink wrong and l asked them to fix it and they told me they had to charge me for both cause they already made the drink. I asked for a manager and that’s when they said they wouldn’t charge me. I have never written a bad review and now I’m 10 mins late to work and l don’t care because that’s how much l don’t like this location. Read moreMy boyfriend and I drove 3 hours and stopped here for breakfast. Ordered thru the app for a drive thru order. I submitted the order twice on accident. My boyfriend was charged twice for $23.49. We get to the window they said they didn’t receive the order. And claimed we had to call customer service. Called customer service and support 3 times and the line was closed. I showed all the workers the order on my phone and the payments that went through and they excepted us to leave the drive thru just because they had a long line but didn’t want to fix the issue.
