I swear if I can leave a zero star, I would!!! Had my first worst nightmare restaurant experience here! Ordered my food at cinco for pick up through door dash based on good reviews, the whole ordering part of the transaction went smoothly. I drove there to pick up my food, only to realize that they had no power and werenāt cooking any food for the day. I wouldāve not mind, if they were willing to refund me. But instead I was greeted by a lot of attitude from the workers, when I asked them payment refund. Most of them pretended like they could not speak English which Iām sure they could. Iām foreign as well, I know when someoneās purposely trying to ignore a problem by using their background. It took me having to raise my voice, For one of them to start trying to rush me out of the store by saying figure it out with DoorDash Because they donāt know Iām the owner is not available. I then asked them, if they knew how I can contact door dash for a refund specifically because Iāve never done it before.. most of my orders to door Dash work out smoothly. I feel like they took that offensively, and pretty much just ignored me. I feel like my money wasnāt valued, my time wasnāt valued, and all I wanted to do was support a local business. Extremely disappointed, YouTube helped me figure out how to get my refund smh. Will definitely not be coming back here again. And just for advice it is possible to temporarily close your business on door dash so that customers are not placing orders and risking having to wait multiple days to get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cake was a delicious mocha flavored tres leche soaked sponge. The frosting was a lightly sweetened whipped cream with a coffee flavoring. The fruit on top were jelly glazed strawberries and peaches, with Oreos to add a chocolatey touch. The filling was a cream with peaches. Needless to say, it was a great birthday cake on the go to select from the premade cakes available. The fact that it wasnāt overwhelmingly sweet was a plus too! My household, we donāt like overly sweetened cakes, so Iāll definitely come back here again for another cake next year! Thank you āŗļø
P.S. To address the complaints of rudeness, weāre military and have traveled to many places already. I can definitely tell people in this area are the most overly sensitive of all places, but they are also the most rude of all as well(Iām talking about these reviewers on here, not the shop employees/owners). The shop owners were kind as far as my own experience and patient with me as I asked questions on their available cakes. Take that as you will, but remember this:

Read moreThe bread is good, but as with every latin country has their very own way and taste of making Pan dulce (sweet bread). Depending on what piece of bread you get, some can be a bit dry, non-moist. The Horchata is mexican style, it's sweet, milk and cinnamon flavored drink made out of rice flour. When it comes to their 3-Leches cakes they really know how to throw it down, by far the best in the DMV area. The food is authentic mexican, served with non hand made tortillas but the usual flat thin styled, with your choice of meats, Carne asada, Chorizo, grilled chicken, Beef tongue, or Shrimp served with slices of Cactus, (nopales), onions, tomatoe and their home made sauce for their homemade tortilla chips. They also make a mildly-hot red chile sauce and an even Hot Green chile sauce. Drinks are a variety of mexican/and latin american known brand drinks; i.e. Coconut juice, Peñafiel, Jarritos, but also serve Coca-cola products.
