Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Not impressed and will NEVER return! I went in for 2 hot coffees Saturday morning, the drive through was backed up and I made the mistake to go inside to place an order on the kiosk - BIG mistake! The lid was loose on 1 hot coffee and I had no idea. When I realized it was missing cream and sweetener, I went back inside and the lid came all the way loose on the cup in my right hand soaking hot scalding coffee all over my right hand burning me as I walked back inside. I am right-handed and this was NOT a good start to my Saturday morning. The only person who showed any concern or compassion was another customer who was waiting (and an RN) and kept telling the 4 people up front to get me a cup of ice for my burns. She must have said that at least 4 times! No one on the staff responded or asked me how I was, and had to be told by a customer numerous times to get me a cup of ice right away for my burned fingers and hand. There were no protective sleeves on the cups and no cup holders available or offered and no one offered on the staff showed any concern or offered any assistance. All 1 male said was that the kiosk did not show cream and sweetener for 1 coffee. SERIOUSLY!!! I was burned by hot, scalding coffee and that was all they all felt the need to say? I chose to go out of my way to go to this new Dunkin’. I ordered ahead of time on the Dunkin’ app on my phone. I got there about 5 minutes after I placed my order. They didn’t have my order sitting on the mobile counter. There were absolutely 0 customers in there and there should have been no reason that they didn’t have my order ready. I asked them if they made my order, they said “No”. Imagine my frustration when they forgot to add the caramel to my macchiato after specifically asking and showing them that I added caramel. The prices were about a dollar higher than the other nearby Dunkin’s. The overall atmosphere inside was nice and modern. Would never come back. You should just go to the Dunkin’ at Airpark Rd. This is a new location and I wanted to try it out since it is the closest to me. I'll start off by saying they had their complete menu up but didn't have their blender, so they only had Ice/Hot coffee. I don't eat pork and ordered their cheese and egg taco was rang up properly but received an egg, cheese and bacon taco. Which was a waste of my money and time. I decided to give them another try this morning and ordered their new Egg and chicken wrap and received a spicy wrap which again was not what I ordered. I'm not sure where the disconnect is happening from because I am getting charged correctly. If you have any allergies, I recommend you double checking your order's before leaving.
