Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This place is nasty. Just walking in, it smelled awful. Additionally, the customer service is a disgrace, and the food is awful. You would think out of the limited breakfast sandwiches they have they would at least make them decent. My "Big n Toasted" was certainly not toasted, a better name would have been "Big n Soggy". And for the cherry on top, when I went to throw out my trash, the trashcan was overflowing... Which is crazy to me, because the trash cans are directly across from the register, where this lady stands most of her day. This is just one of several unpleasant visits, and I felt obligated to contact corporate customer service in the hopes that this may improve...

Just a quick stop for coffee and a donut. I don't normally go to Dunkin because its a bit far to walk to and I'm never around that area as much, but it was a decent experience. Coffee and donut was good and a nice pick me up. The person at the register was friendly and helpful as well as made sure I was satisfied with my order. Wasn't too busy for that time of day so I was in and out to prepare for a grocery trip. I would go again when I'm around that way. I think its a good recommend as I'm sure we've all grown up at Dunkin there maybe some who never tried. I feel they would enjoy...

I placed an order at the drive thru this morning and the Customer Service was horrible!!!! I ordered the wrong type of munchkins for my daughter and they had a fit. One of the employees taking the orders raised her voice for no reason. She told me I was holding up her line of cars. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts where the service has been this unprofessional. There is also a language barrier that makes the whole encounter even worse. They need to learn how to speak to a Customer! Very unhappy! I do not think I will be returning to...
