Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I never will visit this Dunkin' Donuts again. The manager on duty 1/11/19 around 7 PM was the Rudest and Incompetent person I have ever experienced in any Dunkin Donuts. He didn't get the drive through order correct and Demanded we come inside because it's a drive through. Refused it was his mistake for making one ice cream with 2 scoops instead of 2 cones of 1 scoop. He also instead of making 1 kid's cup of chocolate gave us vanilla. He kept yelling this a drive through come inside. He put the vanilla ice cream he had put in the cup back into freezer. He didn't even wear gloves. Started screaming when we asked for a spoon for the cup ice cream -- started yelling "I am not paying for extra spoons" How is someone to eat a cup of ice cream without a spoon. Do Not Ever Go to this location unless you want to be yelled at and told come inside it's a drive in. This manager needs to be Fired. I will Never Ever go back to this location even though it located on Rt.3 near SECU. Thank God there are 3 other Dunkin Donuts near or in...

I go to this Dunkin daily, sometimes twice a day. I’m not sure what’s up with it the past few weeks, but it’s very disappointing, this location use to be the best one in at least a 30 mile radius.. now I’m lucky if my drink is what I ordered half of the time. They’re not being put on the pick up shelves so I have to wait and get someone during the morning rush to grab it for me instead of just being in and out like previously, and half the time it’s not even what I ordered and I have to wait for it to be remade, other times it doesn’t even get started until walking in the door after preordering it 15 mins prior, which I can understand during the mornings when it’s busy but not 4-5pm in the afternoon when it’s empty.Ive never had these issues here before and now it’s a daily occurrence, hope that changes soon or I’ll have to start going to the other locations, there’s another closer to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one because of how...

02/19/2022. Employee I dealt with was friendly, but my issue is with the donuts. When I used to work in the area my saturday manager used to treat us to donuts. I always got 2 powered cream filled donuts. They were always plump with an oval look, white with powder, and the best part was they were always filled with cream with about an inch of vanilla cream bursting out the side, Of course this was in the mid to late 80's. This is how they look now. Not plump and oval, but flat, where's the powder? Last, but not least they now have about 5% of the cream in them. Why even bother calling them cream filled donuts if you put a 1/2 square inch of cream in them. That's about the size of the tip of my finger. That's like saying yes the car is gassed when you put a cup of gas in it.

These are the only donuts I like and dunkin has ruined them. Guess that's why they're not called dunkin donuts anymore. ILL NEVER GO TO...
