Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I just want to address someone's review where they accused the staff of being racist. I dont work at this location(or any) and i barely go here, because it is not on my daily path. I have, however, been to this location enough to see how many employees there are with multiple ways of ordering. I myself, a white middle aged man, have been overlooked because one employee thought that another had taken care of me then another thought i was waiting for a web order. It had nothing to do with Race and, honestly, there were at least 4 different "races" represented in the employees nearly every time i was in there. The only race i didnt see was white. The place is busy and stuff happens. If you think that every time you get overlooked accidentally or get less than perfect service its only because of your race, let this White guy who has experienced every kind of F'd up service you can imagine, assure you that it happens to everyone. I have also seen really obviously racist incidents so i know they happen. However, for the reviewer to say that the nearly entirely multi-national and multi-race staff is racist because they got missed and the next guy that wasnt missed was white, just shows how you go through life. Sh†t happens to everybody, save the calling people racist comments for the real stuff. It was really busy when I came to the drive thru the lady who waited on me was very nice but they forgot to put my ham on my grilled cheese which I can understand because they was so busy so I went inside and very politely asked to have it corrected the employees was very nice one of them gave it to the manager who was making the sandwiches and you can tell he was upset that he had to make it over because he shook his head at me as if I made the mistake then just threw my food back in the bag same wrapper it wasn’t even wrapped properly kind of balled up and wasn’t even toasted he literally melted some cheese on bread and then slapped ham on it because I saw him do it but everyone else...
