The worst service ever. Very nasty unhelpful people there except for the old man at the front taking orders he was very kind. So here is what happened... I had a seminar I was giving that morning wanted to be thoughtful so I called them to put my order in so they would have time to prepare it with out rushing or interfering with their customers who where walking in. The young lady answer the phone and I told her I wanted to place an order for pick up that morning. She said OK and put me on hold for about two minutes. Then another woman answered the phone and said what do you want . I told her I wanted to place an order for pick up and that it was a larger order. She then said OK what do you want I told her I wanted 10 blueberry muffins she said we don’t have 10 we only have 9 so you can’t get that. I told her that’s fine I’ll take the 9 of what you have and the rest in whatever the other flavor is. She said OK and I began to tell her about how many donuts I want . She then got really upset and started yelling telling me that she doesn’t have time for this she’s in drive-through and I need to place that order on line through the app. I told her the application wouldn’t let me and it limited how much you could order through the app. She said that’s not my problem I don’t have time for this and ended the phone call. So at this point I really didn’t have time to go back-and-forth so I decided to head to the location. So when I pull up I go to the drive-through and I try to give my order the woman at the drive-through told me we don’t have time to take your order through the drive-through it’s too big you need to come inside with everybody else . At this point I really had no time to be going back-and-forth again so I went inside. I was greeted by the sweetest older gentleman and he was very patient answered all my questions and took my order and begin working very diligently to ensure that my order was prepared . And as I expected the line ended up having 12 people in it that they weren’t able to get to because they were preparing my large order . When I got my order I was missing parts of my order The lid on the coffee container wasn’t screwed on tight so coffee spilled all over the place .
So stay far away from this Dunkin’ Donuts location I would never recommend it to anyone.

Read moreLocated next to the Social Security building. I have went to this location several times due to the radius of where I live. I can say I have not always had the best experience but I try to not judge it all the time. The last time I was there which was on Monday, Memorial day, oh my I was beyond pissed. I tend to be respectful to people in service because I understand how hard it can be.
The lady at the window when I pulled up seemed to have an attitude because I wanted to scan my phone for points. My order was 3 donuts 2 chocolate glazed and one strawberry glazed, a small vanilla iced coffee, light ice, 3 cream and 3 sugars, whipped cream and caramel drizzle, the second drink was a large butter pecan iced coffee light ice with cream, whipped cream, butter pecan sweetened syrup and caramel drizzle. The large drink was definitely wrong and very nasty.
While at the window, the lady seemed to have an attitude which I definitely took personally. She wanted my credit card first but I had my phone to scan so I could receive the points. She acted as if she did not want to scan my phone at all. Once she scanned it, got my credit card to pay and then gave me the small drink first, she shoved the drink in my hand very roughly, and then another lady gave me my second drink. My passangers all seen the transaction with the first woman giving me my drink. The first lady at the window, walked away and leaned on the counter talking to her coworkers totally forgetting to give me the bag of donuts. We sat at the window, gave a nasty look and my passanger informed her she forgot the donuts. She got up and began getting the donuts with such aggression and attitude, speaking softly under her breath. She then shoved the bag again my hand. I almost lost my cool and came in there to act a mess. I just shook my head, looked in the bag to make sure everything was right, it was not but didn't want to stay much longer due to such irritation and wanting to give her a piece of my mind....
Read morePulled up to the window, saw this particular worker put a glove on one hand to put the meat to my sandwich in the oven with the utincil. Came to the window and took my money & gives me my change (all while wearing the glove). Then I watch her go back to make my sandwich! Grant it she used the utincil to put the meat on the bread. BUT, she touched the sandwich with the nasty glove when she put the top bun on and wrapped it up. I asked her for a refund bc she used the glove she touched the money with to make my sandwich. She swore up and down she used her other hand (with NO glove) to make the sandwich (even worse)! All while fussing back and forth with another worker. Then pouts away from the window while still fussing and sits at a table (still fussing). The manager tries to rectify the situation by asking if I wanted her to fix me another sandwich citing she wanted to make me happy. At first I said yes. But I could still see and hear the other worker fussing loud enough where I could hear her. So I said "no thank you just give me the sandwich bc she's too upset, I get my drinks here (not after today though), don't want any trouble and didn't want anyone to spit in my drinks". She apologized, I thanked her, and was gonna give the sandwich to the homeless guy on the corner. But as I was driving away I thought about it and refused to give it to anyone else to make them sick. I truly pray this young lady recieves some more training on sanitation. Food poisoning is real! And most of all I pray she checks her nasty little attitude bc she is not gonna make it far in life with that type of attitude. I was really nice with them regarding the whole situation. Not one time did I raise my voice, roll my eyes, or I say anything out of line to this young lady. Last visit for me! I definitely praise the manager for trying to...
