Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the only location that tries to charge you $1.06 for a cup of ice. I came in yesterday and was told that they no longer give out free ice as of two weeks ago but if you purchase something you can get a cup of ice. Today I went again and purchased something and asked for a cup of ice on the side to which I was told it would be $1.06. I informed them that that’s not what was said the day prior but they still want to try to charge people a dollar for some ice. None of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area do this but this location. They are making up their own prices on items and making up their own rules. You can’t even purchase any donuts or food items after 8 PM, another made up rule. Quality of food and drinks are great but service was terrible!! Lady taking the order would not let me finish and when she repeats the order back it was not correct. I would repeat what I was ordering and she cut me off saying yeah yeah ok I got it and proceed w telling me the cost of order when I had not finished. At the window, we receive our drinks and part of the order was a bottled water. Instead of handing a bottle of water they gave us water in a large Dunkin’ Cup and when we asked for the bottle water we ordered the response was “this is cheaper”. A bottle was never given to us. Will not be , I walk into the store, no one was at the cashier, an employee walk up to the counter and stated good morning how may I help you ? As I began to speak she literally threw her hand up and stated I’m not talking to you : yes I told her she was rude unprofessional , yah come in our neighborhood want us to spend our money in your store and don’t give up the common respect as a customer and they are only happy when they’re Spanish / dominan etc…. come in the door, we come In The door we get attitude.
