THE WORST DUNKIN I’VE EVER BEEN TOO. Literally just left from there. I was waiting at the counter, asking for someone to help me for 10 minutes. Finally was waited on and the lady couldn’t count. My order was $9.22, I gave her $20.22 she in turn gives me back $10.90 I informed her I gave her $20.22 she insisted that I gave her $20.12 while that is taking place, a young black girl appeared, gave me my receipt aggressively and closed the cash drawer and walked off, complete disregard for not giving me my correct change. I received my order and it’s not cold brew, it’s iced coffee as if I couldn’t taste the difference, however I was charged for cold brew and given something different. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! This is my first time going to this location and I will NEVER go back again. I’m regretful for not checking the reviews before going to this location. It would’ve saved me a ton of time. These companies need to do better in he hiring process. Starbucks would never and I’m not a fan of Starbucks. This place is...
Read moreI recently moved to Columbia and was happy that there was a Dunkin was down the street from me. I visited it a couple of times and has been disappointed by the service and food items. One time I asked for a powder donuts, it was hard and small. I asked if I could get another one because it wasn't fresh, he gave me the evil eye and walked off. He returned with a donut that felt exactly the same. The donut went straight in the trash. Today, I was in desperate need of coffee. I stopped there, which i should've to get some coffee, and ice cream with sprinkles. The coffee was nasty. Had to ask if they can add something to it because it tasted burnt. We drove off then realized, the sprinkles weren't fresh. It tasted old. We went back and walked in to asked for another type of sprinkles. Same thing. That was degusting. We then asked for just a scoop of ice cream. Never again will I visit there. I love Dunkin but that location needs some...
Read moreThis is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It's not the staffs fault. It's not the fault of 2 underpaid staff members that have no control over the store. The problem is ownership and management. This store is horribly understaffed. A Dunkin 50 feet from Route 29, right in front of the county court house, shouldn't be understaffed. The owner is cheap and refuses to hire enough staff, and won't pay staff what they deserve to do the job. This Dunkin is happy corporate dropped the donuts part of the name because they are always out of them. The Baskin Robin's side of the store should be sued for false advertising. The only way this store has 31 flavors is if you count the frost on the sides of where the missing flavors should be. Oh, and don't bother trying to go into the store after 6pm. They always close the lobby and are drive through only. So it's very custom friendly. This place should just close and open a...
