I am beyond grateful that Hounds Town opened a location so close to my workplace! As a healthcare worker with a busy schedule, having a doggy daycare that offers early drop-off (6:30 AM!) has been a game-changer. The flexibility in their hours has made life so much easier for me, and I truly appreciate their thoughtful approach to supporting us dog parents who work unconventional hours. The staff at Hounds Town Columbia are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care for my dog, Meeko. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to make sure all the pups are well taken care of. Meeko comes home happy and relaxed, and I love that they take the extra step to wipe him down and make sure he's nice and clean at pickup.

I also love that they offer additional services like boarding and pet spa, making it an all-in-one destination for every dog’s needs. I took one of my dogs to try out the daycare at the new Houndstown Columbia because he is very social, a little bored, and needed to play. He loved it! He was excited to go every day and seemed very disappointed if we didn't get in the car in the morning. He came home calmer and slept well. My second dog has had issues with some reactivity and anxiety, so I was hesitant to try her in an all day play group. The staff was very kind and encouraged me to try putting her in a compatible group. I was so grateful that they were willing to take a chance on including her. She loved it, too! I think the socializing has been great for her, and both of my dogs seem more interested in playing together at home than they were before. The staff is knowledgable, the place is well set up and squeaky clean, everyone knows my dogs, it's convenient and you can drop off/pickup any time during the day. I have two dogs, one of which is considered a "restricted breed". That dog did not pass an evaluation from another popular dog daycare after 1 hour at their facility. Hounds Town Columbia gave my dog a chance. Since then, both dogs are THRIVING, happier than I have ever seen. They are eager to go and are completely worn out when we get home. The Hounds Town Hangover is real! The staff is so great with every dog I have observed them with. You can tell they care. Even though they just opened, they take the time to get to know every dog.
