I never write reviews but I felt the need to write one about this location. I love Dunkin and usually get coffee 5 times a week. This is without a doubt the worst one I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly and my order is consistently incorrect or of poor quality. Most of the time either I am missing items from my order or the worst is anytime I have ordered a latte. Instead a receiving an actual latte I get a cup of burnt tasting coffee with maybe some steamed milk on top. This has happened several times and anytime I complain I am given a different excuse from the machine not working properly to a new employee that didn't know how to correctly make one. You can't charge people 3.50 for a latte and give them old weird coffee that isn't even close to what a latte actually is. I live right across the street from this location but I have to drive a mile further to the one on Harford Road, the coffee and the staff are fantastic there. Avoid this place, any nearby dunkin is better than this one and if you do have to use this location don't get a latte you would be better off drinking the free coffee at the jiffy lube nextdoor then getting it at...
Read moreI go there not so much for the coffee or donuts, but for the atmosphere. It's a chain, but feels like a parkville cultural icon. All the "wiser" citizens of parkville seem to go here for some reason, and they are a pleasure to converse with. The staff is also a treat too. Usually, coffee shop attendents will try and rush the line, that being the nature of the business, but today and as always they were tolerant of my 11 year old sister's indecisiveness. That alone makes me want to go here, because I want her be able to take a step away from the order line to decide and not feel pressured. I was raised to step away from the line to decide, so the whole world doesn't have to come to a grinding halt just for you. My sister is still learning this. Until she gets it, I will only take her to this location for special breakfast treats. I highly recommend this place to any caregivers with...
Read moreStopped in this morning to grab a few dozen for my employees. The team working was wonderful, greeted with a good morning and what can I get you. The older lady is always there-super friendly and accommodating but today, a younger thin guy-probably late teens-early 20’s…WOW-super friendly. He said so sorry but we only have 1/2 dozen boxes, I said no worries and he immediately made up the boxes with my selection. Since I also got a tea, no more lemons?? Huge bummer, I said I’ll be back, let me put the drink in the car. Ran out, dropped off the drink and grabbed some cash for the tip. I turned around and there on the curb was the young guy, with my bagged donuts. I thanked him for the delivery, handed him the tip and told him he made my day. Hopefully I will see these folks on my...
