I went there last week with two special alarm batteries. One was dead, and a new one I thought was dead. He tested them, said the new one was good and I didn't need another. His honesty cost him a sale. But now has a lifelong customer.

I read the other reviews. Yeah, it's like you are in your uncle's garage. Kinda comforting, but I'm a guy who can change my car's motor oil. It is a 'battery warehouse'. There is a 'room freshening candle' burning in there. They treat you like an old family member, if you can't handle the smell of the candle or people being friendly then don't go there.

While there there was a steady slew of people from every walk of life, let's face it we all need batteries at some point or another. And what ever you knew about batteries, you will know more...

My car battery had died and I gotten a hot shot. But that meant I couldn't turn the engine off or I would need another boost. So with the engine running I called dealers and several repair shops. No one could replace my battery until at least the next day, but I HAD to have an operational car ASAP. Then I recalled that there is a Battery Warehouse near my bank. Out of desperation, I called them and the staff said they had a battery to fit the make, year and model of my car. In fact, it would only take 10 minutes. I drove into the parking lot where they actually replaced the battery in 10 minutes. Wonderful service, delivered as promised. They have batteries for electronic devices as well as vehicles. Had a wonderful in-store experience with Frank on 7/31 and was convinced to buy a refurbished interstate battery, with a verbal guarantee of it lasting “at least a year,” and if I had any problems, to just come and stop by. Was so pleased I even recommended them to friends and family! Well here I am 50 days later with a shot battery, and the in-store associate (did not catch a name, but unfortunately it wasn’t Frank) saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do. I was offered NO solutions, suggestions, or anything. I should have just spent my money elsewhere with a business that’s willing to stand by their product, or at least be willing to discount a replacement. Would not recommend spending your money here. Still stand by Frank and him being a kind human...
