I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts, and I must say, the staff provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The employees were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient, making sure every customer was attended to promptly.

The service was quick, even during busy hours, and the staff managed the rush effortlessly while maintaining a positive attitude. They were patient while taking orders, ensuring accuracy, and even offered helpful suggestions when I was unsure about my choice. My order was prepared perfectly, with my coffee at the right temperature and my donuts fresh and delicious.

DO NOT GO HERE! You ever just think, maybe that person is having a bad day and then go back the next day and try it again? Don’t, the past six times I went here (in the afternoon/evening) my drinks have been made incorrectly. I pay extra money to get extra shot and the drinks always come out looking like straight up milk.

I went this evening and ordered a Pumpkin Latte with an extra shot of espresso. I ordered it through the app, when I pulled up to the speaker, the girl had a huge attitude. I pulled up to the window and that was when they started to make my drink. When they handed it out to me, I asked them if they had put all the shots in, she said yea. This drink didn’t taste like it had any espresso. I ended up stopping at a gas station and got double espressos to mix in.

My wife had to repeat get order 8 times for a kids monster creation with rainbow sherbet and rainbow sprinkles. After answering the questions about what kind of "rainbow sherbet" and eventually enduring a full minute of silence, they asked if that was all. She then asked for Oreo ice cream and was told they did not have that flavor. She asked what was available and was curtly told, "we have alot of flavors." Finally, after asking a couple of times for specific flavors unavailable, they started telling her what she wanted to know... The available flavors.
