Loud, crouded, and unpleasant. When I entered I was hit with the sound of shockingly loud alarms (possibly from food cooking) and shouting. When I requested some donuts the person getting them (who clearly knew very little English) was easily confused and the girl at the register had to fill my simple order instead. The selection of donuts was very disappointing especially since I did not see any jelly filled (which should be a given to have available). They have equal space devoted to donuts and bagels resulting in a poor selection, which I find strange since the place is still called Dunkin Donuts. The building is small and parking is very limited. I noticed they have signs saying they have free WiFi but I had no intention of staying long enough to pull out my phone. I intend not to return to this place, especially since the Royal Farms across the street sells far superior Krispy...
Read moreUpdate: To Management, MUSIC IS TOO LOUD, at all times!!!! Below is my review which stands of the staff. HOWEVER, you cannot have a conversation or a business meet in here. The music is reminiscent of a night club and so loud that people are frequently leaving. I don't like the other green place for my coffee, but at least I can gather a thought in there. The music is not blaring at all times. I frequently ask the staff to turn it down and they will on occasion (so it is possible to reduce it).

I ordered a frozen coffee it and it sat so long what I received was cold coffee watered down. I should have not been surprised since the person in front of me was waiting when I walked in for a sandwich and got it right before my order.
I listened to the order behind me...jelly donut? No, glazed donut? No and down the line.
I feel they need to seriously improve their management skills to offer a better service to their customers.
