Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Went to Dunkin’ for breakfast I ordered two egg wraps , two caramel ice coffees and a plain bagel double toasted double cream cheese bc there is never cream cheese cheese so i thought by getting double it would actually be enough for the whole bagel. Very nice lady at the window hands me my food I kindly ask her for a side of butter as I forgot at the speaker she goes to put the butter in my bag and her manager “Queso” stops her and says it’s $0.27. At that point I’m now getting frustrated bc as I check my food there is one smear of cream cheese but yet I was charged for extra , I have no straws and one egg wrap when I ordered two I also received an extra bag of someone else’s order. So I say to the lady at the window I need an extra cream cheese bc I was charged here’s my receipt. The manager named Queso comes over who is hemorrhaging money by giving away wrong food meanwhile charging $0.27 for butter I ask for my straws and ask if I’m being charged for...

I really want to like this place but its customer service (in terms of time management) is really bad. The drive thru is a priority along with the mobile orders which leaves customers who walk in feeling less than satisfied. I visited recently on a very busy morning and was forgotten. I ordered an iced tea, vanilla chai latte, and egg and cheese wrap. As I watched multiple customers order and go, I was finally able to get someone's attention to ask for my latte. The employee said "oops" and then I had to wait another 5 minutes (after waiting about 6 minutes) to get my drink.

I want to like this place. I really do, especially since it's on my way to work but I also cannot be forgotten especially after having already paid for my order.

I hope it will get better organized and managed, especially in the mornings. I am unsure if I will visit this location again...

I'm actually to the point that today will be my last day going to this location. For months now since there's a new manager every morning my order is messed up. Im here every day sometimes 2x a day. The staff all know me. So it's bad when the one young lady this morning says geesh they do this to you like every day. Yup!! And 3 days in a row now where I've pulled off n they gave me old burnt coffee. Last month I got bad cold foam and was getting sick at work. This past weekend I got home and had to run all the way back! Burnt/old coffee. N the girl got crappy bc I wanted new drinks made after I just spent 25$. I'm fed up. I'll gladly start going back to east point even though it's out of my way. I just dont get the problems here. What are you doing Aj??!!!!! Your staff are destroying...
