had a bad experience of this establishment I ordered a chicken soup with noodles and a tamarind juice aller I was so tired that I didn't realize that they didn't give me the juice and that the soup was not with noodles but they didn't explain it to me either and today I call to explain what you went through and the person who answered me told me that I didn't work aller but that I was going to call the girl who attended me to investigate what happened and was going to return the call me then she called me that the girl told her that I knew all the information of the soup that it didn't have noodles and that I decided to take it anyway which is a lie she only told me about the chicken that it came apart and I understood it and I said okay the juice told me that I could go look for it because supposedly she didn't remember if they gave it to me but I told her that I didn't want anything Then they call me again to ask me to pick up my money after calling me...

I would make this a 0 if possible but we received the worst customer experience!!! I didn’t catch her name but she had green eyes... she was soooooo rude!!! First of all there is a difference between revuelta pupusas and chicharron con queso and that’s the beans!! If you have it on your menu then don’t be lazy and make them the way the customer wants!!! Second she brought me the wrong pupusas I ordered cheese and beans and mine were only cheese when I opened it up and told her she yelled and said well you got what you ordered and I said no I ordered beans and cheese I never order only cheese and she kept going back and forth with me not being apologetic at all and then took them and then took 30 min to bring me them back!! i got the carne asada it was good but the service was terrible and the silver wear was dirty. i could not use the fork or knife as to how dirty it looked and every body else’s that went with me their silver wear was dirty as well, as to the other food i’ve tasted authentic salvodorean food and this restaurants food was not good compared to any of it, there was only 2 waitress and they didn’t just take long to give us our food they also took long to give the silver wear we had to REMIND the waitress to give us the silver wear when she should’ve had that in mind. the carne asada which is a steak is the only thing i’d recommend because as far as anything else it was ok even the chips & salsa, the sauce was literal water it had no taste, it was like dipping the chips...
