It’s early Saturday morning September 17th 2022 and it’s just before 6:00 a.m. and there is no hot light on. I’ve been to this location several times early in the morning and there is never a hot light on. People who enjoy Krispy Kreme Donuts, know what that hot light means. I walked in to this location this morning just before 6 to find the manager going back and forth with another customer who had walked in because the door was open. She was telling him that they weren’t open yet and she told me the same thing. Please lock the door if you’re not open. I returned to my vehicle and went to the drive thru. I placed my order thinking I would receive hot donuts. No such luck. I was told there were no hot donuts and that the light would not be on today but the donuts were fresh. How can they be fresh if you haven’t made any this morning? There is a tell with their donuts if you didn’t know it. Their donuts look wet when they are not fresh and let me tell you, they are not good. I asked for a refund only to be told by the manager that I couldn’t get a refund but an exchange. She stated that it looks like they are stealing when money is refunded. WHAT? After telling her about the wet donuts she decided to give me a refund and stated that she would give me cash and not refund the money to my card. I accepted the refund and went to McDonald’s. It’s so sad that this location constantly gives bad service and...
Read moreThere were two cars in front of me at the drive-thru and I watched as the cashier, who had on a mask, a glove on one hand and the other hand bare, use both of his hands to handle food and transactions with both customers, who neither had on masks or gloves. When I drove up, I noticed the person packaging the food had mask and gloves on, which made me feel a little better but she handed the box to the cashier. He then proceeded to hand me the box with napkins on top and his bare hand on top of the napkins. I told him it was not safe because he’s coming in contact with customers who have on no protective gear and he himself isn’t protected. He said he can’t operate cash register with a glove. He is touching every person’s hand that comes through the line, touching the cash register, touching the food, drinks, napkins, and the person packaging the food. It is no safer buying food through the drive-thru than it is going into the store if the workers aren’t going to take every precaution not to spread this virus. If one person he touched or if he himself has the virus, that means he has infected every customer and worker he came in...
Read moreBEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON ANY APPS!!!! This is my third time ordering from this location using their official Krispy Kreme app and having the order canceled due to the products advertised being not in stock. They do not answer the phone at this location. They use Doordash to pickup and deliver the order, and you will not know that the order you placed and paid for is unavailable, until the Door Dasher calls you when they arrive to their location to let you know that the item you paid for is unavailable. You also have to call the corporate offices for a refund that takes days to process, as they do not issue the refund after they cancel the order at the store. If you are not arriving to this location in person, you will surely waste your time ordering, due to the incompetence of this store and neglect of application product inventory. They literally created the app to instantly take your money and not provide the item you ordered. If you're not ordering the normal glazed doughnuts through the app, don't waste your time. They simply do not care about the customers who are not coming into the...
