I have never been to this location before but frequently pass it, I was hungry so I stopped by and let me tell you I wish I hadn't. As soon as I walked in there was an older caucasian woman and she was very short maybe 5"3-4, maybe 50's +, she was skinny and had dirty blonde or light brown hair that was yelling at, what seemed to look like, two customers. There was vulgar language involved and lasted throughout my ordering process. There was a younger woman there that assisted me and gave me a look of fear, like she couldn't believe this was happening and I was in just as much shock. She had a very tough time talking over the argument that was taking place and had to repeat herself several times. The older woman stopped yelling and arguing in just long enough to tell my total without being apologetic at all. I was dining in even though I shouldn't have and said excuse me I think your out of vitamin water, the older woman then preceded to yell at the younger girl, telling her that she should've put a label on the vitamin water. As if she was incapable of doing it herself. I really hope she wasn't the manager even though I dared not even ask because I thought she would have a verbal altercation with me. After, the arguing stopped for a few minutes and then one of the younger gentlemen turned out to be her son I think. He came around and went through the employee entrance door to the kitchen and preceded to argue with her even more. Thank God I wasn't a secret shopper or something. I couldn't believe it. Halfway through my meal all three of them went out the back door together to smoke (as smoke kept passing my view at the window) because I was trying to sit as far away from the argument as possible. I did not see them again afterwards. In totality they probably argued for about 15 mins taking little breaks in between. Worst visit to a subway I've ever had. Today was different, the son was a bit sloppy with fixing my sandwich and stopped right in the middle of it and didn't finish putting my toppings on. He just decided to do something else so I stand there just waiting for several minutes waiting to see if someone will finish making my sandwich. He didn't have a good attitude, just left me hanging instead of putting on my toppings and mind you there was no crowd there - only one other customer placing an order. For that reason I will not be back, there are too many good sub shops around to settle for bad service on purpose. Read moreI paid for 2 deluxe footlongs on the app deal bogo 50% off at the Pinefield Subway. Neither sub had extra and i can barely find the tuna on the sub. Called the owner, he said he saw sandwich maker but 8 scoops of tuna on sub and I could come and watch the video. I chose not to because it’s a 15 minute drive in 100 degree heat. Excuse me for not returning to the store. I will not return to this store EVER! Even when they had free sandwich day, the owner only offered 2 of the 4 subs to customers. He said he didn’t have roast beef and pepperoni to make the other 2 subs. What are the odds that he would run out of the meats to make the 2 most expensive sandwiches? Coincidence? I think not.
