Cannot follow simple directions when preparing orders—especially orders with a food allergy. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times in the past two years and on an almost consistent basis they cannot follow directions on extremely simple orders. Orders as simple as “bacon burger, no cheese, plus three ingredients (ketchup + mustard + pickles) are either missing ingredients or have ingredients swapped with other burgers within the same order. My order typically contains a burger for someone with a dairy allergy (no cheese) and on multiple occasions I have to return to this location and have a burger prepared with no cheese, even though the receipt says something such as “allergy - no cheese”. On every occasion I have to display the receipt in which the order was placed correctly, so I’m absolutely certain every time that I am not mistakenly placing an order incorrectly. Food is great, atmosphere is expected for a Five Guys location, but extremely simple directions cannot be followed on a consistent basis. Five Guys has excellent food, but I’m beginning to refrain from coming back due to the consistent issues I encounter at...
Read moreThis Five Guys has really gone downhill. I've been frequenting this location for 2 years now, but may stop. For drinks, the machine is always out of Pibb Xtra, Pibb Zero, and Vitamin Water on BOTH machines, and out of even more on either machine. I asked an employee to replace it once, and she did after about 20 minutes. Today I asked an employee to replace the Pibb, and without hesitation or asking other empoyees, he said they were probably out, and went back to his business. When my friend got his burger, it literally HAD NO PATTY ON IT. It had no beef paddy, no meat in it, at all. It's like they completely missed that step. He had to go back for them to actually make it a burger. So I will either now be 1) checking the machines before I choose to buy a drink and checking my burger after purchase, or 2) stop coming to this location until their staff actually...
Read moreFive guys have superb burgers and fries... what can I say about that? If you're going to be eating woth more than one person then share a large fries (hand cut). The restaurant was mostly empty but thats not unsusual during the pandemic. I was immediately accosted by a young lady because I pulled my facemask down a bit in order to better see the menu. I considered her manner fairly rude until I noticed she was developmentally disabled. Kudos to 5 guys for providing a job for someone with special needs. She was in charge of sanitizing and cleaning and I soon saw how seriously she took her job, constantly cleaning everything (even the window sills outside in the heat). This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen! The attendees were friendly and my order was quick and accurate. I was very satisfied...
