I dont hate Walmart just the opposite. I love Walmart it is my favorite store, very reasonable prices, and usually have everything you need, however this Walmart at Arundel Mills, I have been asking for months to turn it into a Supercenter Walmart. The last couple of times going there it is so messy, holes in the shelves and freezer section, and out of products you need. So disappointing because the other Walmarts are very well kept. They either need more staff, or better staff or pay their employees more money so they would take pride in their work and would be happy to have a job and work for Walmart. Most employees at the other Walmarts complain all the time about Walmart and working there. So that to me says either Walmart isn't paying attention to their employees and their store or they just dont care about either. Walmart owners if you read this review think about the workers, customers and the first person who started, owns, and manages Walmart stores, would they be proud to know that customers, employees are not happy and the stores are not maintained the way they should be or would be if they were working there or shopping there themselves. The stores are so going down hill not kept up like the first day I stepped in Walmart for the first time. If their weren't employees to sell the products and customers to buy those products then their wouldn't be a store at all. You need to be more intuitive and be more active in the day to day managing in your store and employees and your customers. It seems like the hands have been thrown up in the air and you walk away. Come on you need to do better after all the other stores have closed down, like Kmart, so people count on you to give the best that you can give. Walmart just because you have stores all over doesn't mean you stop trying to keep the employees happy and your customers satisfy. We count on Walmart for all of our daily needs. So that means we rely on you your company and your daily input to keep your stores open and inventory stocked with all of daily weekly and monthly necessities we need to live. Without Walmart then we the people lose money, by shopping at stores like Walgreens and Rite Aid and CVS for all the things like soap, shampoo, razors, well you get the hint, and spend way more money then we do, and that leaves less money to spend on fun things or other lifestyle expenses. So to sum it up Please make the effort step up and take a incentive in making employees excited to work for you , and customers smiling after shopping there, and at the end of each and everyday, you can sit back and say, that is why we are Walmart we make people happy, satisfied, and supply all the things they need and so they save money you make money, and everybody wins. Walmart is a nice place to shop, please dont follow the same path other stores have followed, giving up and shutting down. People count on you, so step up and take charge, expect more from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI worked with the auto store manager Lloyd. If I could, I would give him -5. I took my car to change 4 tires. Iām had an appointment but Lloyd kept taking others who came later, till I questioned. It took 4 hours and when I left there, my car was shaking. I took it to Good Year and got the tires alligned. Car was still shaking and Good Year said the balance was off. I took it back to Walmart and waited 5 hours for wheel balance. When I left there, it was still shaking. I took it back and Lloyd said heāll work on it if I brought it at 7:30 AM. I got there but the auto center door was locked and there was no Llotyd. Later Lloyd says, the store opens only at 8. Then I waited for 2 hours and he said the tires were balanced. My car was still shaking. This time I took it to NTB. They said the tires were not balanced and charged me $84 to balance. My car drove smoothly. I took the NTB bill and asked Walmart for reimbursement. While i made this 4th trip to the store, Lloyd acted self righteous and offended and tried to tell me that since someone else worked on my tire balance they canāt reimburse. I spoke with his manager Reece, and he authorized a refund but didnt give me the money. He said I should make another trip for the money and Lloyd will give me the money at the auto counter. I went back for the money the next day, and Lloyd was paged. He didnt come. After waiting a while, I went around the store and found him walking in the store. I asked for the money and he said, āi cant leave what Im doing, you have to wait.ā I started to get angry and he said I can go to the front of the store and get the money. I walked all the way there and they said Lloyd is the one who can give me the money. Then I caught hold of another manager, and Lloyd came and told this manager that they dont owe me anything , in spite of knowing that I was approved a refund and i was holding the note of reimbursement approval in my hand. I was very angry and started to yell and tell everyone there what Lloyd is doing. Then another manager came and asked Lloyd to give me the money and had him...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever had issues with this place until we were kicked out by a employee because of an egotistical guest who loved harassing truck drivers and people resting there for the night. Said guest had arrived one night and we watched him get out and shine a light through two truck drivers windows, banging on their doors and yelling at them. I started recording for our safety and he didn't like that, yelling at us in his car. He stayed there for at least an hour, complaining to a worker, trying to come back to us and trap us in when we pulled back into the same spot and then following a truck driver possibly to see if he parked behind the Walmart. Because of this interaction, we pulled up closer to the front last night since we were paranoid. We were there for a while before just about 20 minutes after close, when a worker came up out of no where with no warning and slammed his flashlight against my driver side window causing me to freak out. We realized the SAME guy was there and now was causing employees to act extremely rude and aggressive towards us. And since we had no time to clear our windshield since he was recording us and they told us to leave, I ended up hitting a curb and almost got us into a wreck. As a consistent customer at that location, I am extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled over someone who doesn't even work there and clearly finds enjoyment in harassing people trying to find a safe place to rest at night. That is the last time I will be giving them my money after being treated so cruelly. I don't care if this doesn't get anywhere but if you're a truck driver, traveler or homeless, do NOT trust this Walmart as a safe place to rest at night. That man is constantly returning to harass people resting and the workers will be just as cruel to you. There are travel stops around the area so please, go there instead...
