Golden City Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

There is a woman there who does the register and she is extremely rude. I've never been to this spot before so I didn't know what to expect as far as food, but I heard it was good and it was close to my house so I gave it a try. When I went in I was greeted by the woman nice but everything went downhill from there. Like I said before it was my first time going to this place and I didn't know what was really good so as I was looking over the menu she constantly kept rushing me "are you ready?" and that made me feel uncomfortable and irritated. I asked her a question about one of the items cuz I was nervous to get it and I could barely understand her as it is, but then she got loud and that's when I was just like forget it. I finally selected some wings and fried rice and she asked me what size, I had replied small, thinking that she understood me. I paid for my order an waited for 5 minutes which I thought was too quick. When she told me it was done I looked in the bag and asked her where are the wings and she replied very angrily "you didn't ask no wings" I replied and said I know what I asked for and it was wings and fried rice. Instead of her just saying sorry I misunderstood and ringing me up for wings, she went back and forth with me about how I didn't say wings and how she understands what I said. I finally just cut the argument off and told her that she is very rude and she then had the nerve to tell me I was rude for taking a long time to order. The arguement was so bad that one of her co workers had to come in and take my order. I finally reached my limit with her and just asked for my money back. As a business person to a customer you never make a them feel like they are on your time or that they did anything wrong. I hear other people have good experiences here but that was not the case with me, I guess because I didn't know right away what I wanted to order was a problem for her, but that's not my problem. I'm coming into your place to spend my money for the first time and you would think you would be a little more pleasant than that, but I guess I set the expectations a little too high for this place. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times in the past and it should love the food and never had any issues until today. and they're not doing and deliveries and hung up. So I called back thinking it was a mistakeordered which was two different combo platters with fried rice because we do not eat pork. I was told that it will be 45 minutes for delivery it was hour and 15 minutes buy time we got our food. So at this point we've already waited over an hour and was just happy that we finally got it. My daughter's order was fine but of course I ordered shrimp egg foo young with fried rice. But what I got was shrimp egg foo young with white rice. I was upset cuz we waited over an hour to get our food and it was incorrect. The manager got on the phone he was going to listen to the recording I told him that is finethat I did not specify that I wanted the combo even though when we both listen to you the recording of my order the first thing I said was I want to order the combination platters here's the first one. I ORDERED 4 WINGS AND FRIES, THE WINGS AND FRIES WERE SO DARK,DRY AND VERY OVER COOKED I ORDERED HOUSE YAK AND THE BEEF,CHICKEN,AND PORK WAS SHREDDED SO SMALL I HAD TO LOOK FOR IT ! IT WAS LOADED WITH THICK DARK BROWN STARCHY NOODLES THAT WAS SWEET WITH A HEAVY KETCHUP TASTE TO IT!
