Pizza City — Restaurant in Maryland

The food is good but this will be the last time I order from them.

I ordered at 11:41PM. It's 1:26AM I'm still waiting. At this point I don't think I'll be seeing any food tonight.

Update: My sister ordered from here on grub hub not knowing/remembering about the above experience.

Well, true to form more problems!

Ordered last night. Food came at 12:20-ish. We ordered 2 specials so we could get sodas. Each special came with two sodas totaling four sodas. I selected the kinds of soda (sprite, Pepsi, ect.)

Long story short only 2 sodas arrived. The restaurant had already closed, so today I contacted grubhub .

They told the grubhub woman that they'd never delivered anything here .

After sending grub hub my order number. She called them back. They said they didn't charge for them because they came with the order .

So... I paid for them . At this point It's not even about the sodas. I'm not that petty. It's the fact that they will pull out any lie or "explanation" to avoid responsibility .

Please, do not order from here. You can do so...

I just put in a complaint to the health department

How do I put in a complaint for a restaurant where the employees dont wear gloves while preparing ready to eat foods like subs, sandwiches, touching customers bread, toppings like lettuce etc with their bare hands. I asked where their gloves were so they stopped and put glives on without washing their hands but never threw away the food they were preparing without gloves. This is the second time I saw this at this specific restaurant. The last time I caught it the manager was doing it, and he put gloves on again without washing his hands so I left. Yesterday I went there just to see if the same thing happened and it did so I complained to them and left. But it will happen again. Pizza Cit 7408 Windsor Mill Rd in Windsor...

This weekend I decided to pay another visit and was not disappointed! Muhammad greeted me...it was nice that he remembered me...building relationships within the Community are important and needed. It helps our diverse population to get to know each other and eliminate stereotypes. Anyhoo, the Garlic Parmesan wings were hittin...simply delicious...came with fries too! This time, I ordered dessert...there’s a special going on, 2 for $6...had the carrot cake and lemon cake. The lemon cake was my favorite! It was light, moist, and flavorful. Overall, a great experience my second time around. I enjoyed my leftovers too...just had to add my own fries. Give Pizza City a try. They’re under New Management! I’m a repeat...
