The manager at the Waldorf Maryland location need to be fired. This manager disrespects his customers, workers, and allow the Spanish workers to disrespect customers and other workers.
He hold grudges against his customers who complained to the regional manager, who was on site and told me straight out of his mouth. He does not have time to speak to me. I’m insignificant, and he got a business to run because I pointed out to the regional manager some issues . I have seen food prep put on the floor, and one mother told me a disgusting story of her son, vomiting around the food, and how they did not change the rag that was used to cleaned up the mess. I tried to call corporate, but they only have you fill in an online complaint. I did do an online complaint and a review at that particular location. I will never eat at Golden Corral again. I was a loyal customer for years, never again.
I witnessed the one Spanish worker and her two other sisters work there. Redirect customers to sit in African-American waitress and waiter Areas. Told a customer about her tip history and told her that her grandkids could not sit at an empty table so she can make more tips.And, lye on the grandkids and try to lye on my grand child who never left my side then said the manager seen them I ask to speak to the manager then her story changed that she seen the other lady grandkids reach over items that could not happen the Grandmom showed me it is impossible for them to reach over two rows because the kids are too short and she had problems reaching over two row to get strawberries.
The way that manager spoke to me, the assistant manager almost had tears in her eyes and apologize for his behavior.
If I could give them no star I would. I would never eat at Golden Corral again, because if the corporate can’t answer the phone and you gotta do online and no one gets back to you is not worth even patronizing the business and my grandkids really loved Golden Corral and they asked me why they can’t eat there anymore and I told them if they can’t respect, the food, they service, your grandmother and other people you don’t need to eat there. Read moreA friend and I were traveling through and stopped in for a late dinner on 6/20/25. Everything was good until a Hispanic staff member screamed across the restaurant at another worker twice. The other lady was an older lady. The first time thw Hispanic lady screamed at her, she asked her not to speak with her in that manner but she could pull her to the side if she needed too. Not even 20 mins later, the same Hispanic lady started yelling again and this time regarding a vacuum. She was loud and rude. Her screaming like that disturbed the 3 parties that were seated on that side of the restaurant. We asked for manager and after 20 mins, we were told that the Mgr on duty had just left for the night. An assistant was later sent over. After speaking with the assistant, we explained that the older lady was completely disrespected by the Hispanic lady regardless of her title. The assistant said that many of the workers have voiced concern but it appears that nothing gets done. I explained that I waa going to write a review because that was absolutely terrible that anyone is allowed to speak to another coworker in this manner and apparently gets away with it that she feels comfortable doing so.
