In my opinion, Golden Renaissance Jewelers is the gold standard for professional, friendly, and responsive service. I took a watch my wife had given me to GRJ for a new battery. While they replaced the battery, we engaged in some friendly conversation. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost.

After a few days, I noticed that the watch still lost time. I took it back to GRJ and asked if a new movement could be installed. They said that could be done, but might not be necessary. First, they tested the new battery and found that it was fully charged, so they suggested trying a simple cleaning before replacing the movement. I was skeptical, but agreed. The cleaning was successful in restoring the watch, and GRJ did not charge for the service! I offered to pay something, but they would not accept any payment. Amazing!

From the moment I walked into the GRJ showroom, folks treated me like family, with friendly greetings and smiles. They were interested in helping me with my watch, and not at all concerned with selling me a product. They listened to me, and responded to my hope for repairing my keepsake instead of replacing it. When they restored my watch at no cost, I knew I had found a truly rare company, one focused on professional, friendly customer service.

I went to Golden Renaissance based on strong recommendations from several friends.. and they were so right! Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. I ended up having the pleasure of working with Katie. I wasn’t just buying a piece off the shelf. I was getting an engagement ring, but I already had an engagement ring which was my other half’s grandmother’s ( which I had permission to do with as I wish) All I knew is that I wanted to take the main diamond reset into a new setting. I was quite nervous going in about this whole process. Katie couldn’t have been better, she made it all so easy, had great ideas and options. She was very easy to work with, I was put at ease quickly. We finally came up with the right setting for the engagement ring, and also came up with a rough idea for a custom wedding band, Which after a day or two Katie finished the design and sent the rendering over, it’s perfect! The engagement setting was ordered and all work on resetting the stone was finished days before it was promised to be done. It turned out much better than I ever could have imagined! And all at a very fair price. Golden Renaissance has gained a customer for life. P.S.
