I moved to hagerstown about 4-5 years ago. It was good until about 6 months ago where i ordered a beef and broccoli 15 minutes before close and came back home to find a staple in my food. It was obviously too late for me to call and complain so i waited till the morning and i was rudely told why didn’t i come in to return it. Obviously they were closed but that meant nothing to the manager lady thats there and told me she couldn’t do anything about it. She called me a liar and stated there wouldnt be a staple in the food. Didn’t apologize no nothing. So on 5/6/2025 5:40-6:00pm i decided to order again since i actually liked their other stuff on the menu. I had ordered the generals tso chicken and when i brought it back home it was obviously orange chicken. Everybody knows what orange taste and looks like so i called and complain to them once again. But this time i was put onto the “owner” i explained whats wrong and he told me that the tso chicken comes like that then told me the orange chicken has orange peels in it. Since it didnt have any orange peels in it i was basically called a liar😂. Once again they continue to justify themselves. No apology. Once i told him about the staple situation and expressed how i wasnt offered a credit or discount or yet let alone an apology. And guess what??? HE OFFERED ME A $3 CREDIT. Really? So a paying customer of 4-5 years gets offered $3 credit? THATS WHAT I TIP AS IS. I could really call the health dept for the staple mishap maybe ill give em a call this time. Do not bother ordering here. THEY DONT VALUE PAYING CUSTOMERS. It wasnt really about any money. It was more or so of the principle i have always tipped

Read moreOkay so I have been ordering from this place for about a year and I have finally figured out what the issue is. The food is actually pretty decent. But the problem is that they have what I can only assume to be their children who answer the phones sometimes. Almost every time I have had the kids answer and they have been thee most rude, disgusting, disrespectful, little brats ever! They will take your order repeat right after you per item then when they read the whole thing back it’s completely wrong. They will yell at you when you try to correct the order or they will simply tell you they don’t serve what you want at the time you order it. Lastly they will also tell you it’s an hour or an hour and a half wait for delivery but they actually delivery comes in less then 20 minutes from the time you placed your order. This has all been my experience to date. Now today an older woman answered very nicely. Took my order, threw in an extra egg roll for free with out asking or saying anything and was very polite. I’m conclusion I feel like the children ruin the delivery convenience and option because of how rude and careless they are. All in all dine at your own risk. They called twice before delivery because they didn’t have items that their menu states they have, then when we called back to inquire about an item that was paid for in the combination we ordered, they said that the menu online was wrong and they didn’t owe us something we paid for already. She then called back and accused us of ripping them off by requesting the item, because it was a deal for what we had ordered. When I tried to explain that was poor customer service she continued to be rude and condescending as if we were trying to get something for nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and she said none were on duty so I said I would wait until they could reach one.. then she put me on hold and came back again argumentative, stating she didn’t have a way to reach an owner or manager.
