Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

This is my second experience at this restaurant. I have been going to ledos my entire life, will NEVER return to this one. The first time we called ahead to order. When we walked in we could hear the workers in the kitchen say "do we have to serve them". It was an hour before they closed and we were picking up. After 20 mins of listening to them talking and ignoring us saying hello. I went through the restaurant and ask if someone was going to come out and help us. 5 people came out of the back and started "working". We decided to give them a second chance. Girl told us our carry out would be 15mins. Seemed a little short for how busy they were but ok. 45 mins later we finally get our food. The entire time we are waiting the older woman behind the window was yelling at the waitresses whenever they would ask for something. If she treated me that way I would have quit. Nobody deserves to be talked...

Will never go there again!!!! Was not worth the 21.00 spent on food for my husband and I. The chicken strips were hard and dry!! Over fried!! I don't eat fries. So I was going to offer to my husband. He ate one and replied nasty!! My salad was brown and wilted. He got a meatball sub. With extra mozzarella well lets just say. It was melted dry stuck to the bread, so the extra was not visible. The sauce was not saucy at all. Hubby commented that Subway meatball sub is better than this mess. This food was not even worth the calories going into my body. So the best I could do is take a picture and let everyone know, how bad the food is at Ledo, Dual Highway in Hagerstown.The presentation was less than desirable. I don't know what it is about Ledo's pizza. It has such a unique flavor. The crust is so flakey and has just enough crunch. The sauce has just the right flavor and number and of spices that it pairs perfectly with any of their number of toppings that you choose to put on your pizza. My wife the kids and I visited here the other day for lunch and were not disappointed, same old Ledo's that we remembered which in this case was a good thing since their pizza has always been so good and still is. Don't change a thing and you will remain to be one our family's go to pizza places. We also ordered two of their salads as well and they were great, fresh and flavorful.
