This place used to be a decent spot. Recently the pizzas have not been up to par. When I complained and wanted my pizza not cooked too done, general manager Kelly, rolled her eyes and with an attitude said." There is nothing wrong with this pizza". If I am paying for the food, I want it correct. One pizza was fine and one was overcooked. Kelly was extremely nasty kept coming up over my shoulders telling me not to record her( I was on speaker with my sister the entire time! My phone can not record while I am on the phone). I have the call log to show my call. She kept yelling for me to stop recording her and getting up in my personal space! I asked for a refund. She stated...no she wasn't giving me one, deal with the bank. Her "minor" son kept saying comments I. The background and Kelly told me to don't address her minor child.( If you don't want your minor child employee of pizza hut addressed, keep him professional and don't address me. The entire time I waited for the pizza she harrased me and kept coming up o er my shoulder looking at my phone. Yelling ,I know you are recording me and your not allowed in my Pizza Hut to record. She then told me to get out and go outside and record. ( Not once did i record her or her employees, again i was on a call on speaker phone). She eventually gave my money back and and said don't come back! Well, Kelly, I told you I wanted a refund and you won't EVER have to worry about me nor my family's business. We were loyal customers for over 2 years. Always remember....you need the customers more than they will EVER need you! We are YOUR paycheck. Get ready for the smart replies from the staff( her kids). I wasn't rude, in 2 years I have not had an issue with 3 pizzas not to my satisfaction ( either overcooked, or doughy) They hired new cooks and the pizza wasn't the same. I shouldn't have to request a specific cook everytime ( they all should cook the same). If a customer is not happy , it's Your job and responsibility to make them satisfied. All Kelly needed to say was OK, we will make it over!!!. She is a rude, unprofessional, very aggressive, irrational, ignorant, disrespectful General manager! I wouldn't let Kelly serve my dog. I will be escalating this! I will NEVER ever eat at another pizza hut.EVER. Anywhere else KELLY would have been fired immediately. She 💯 violated me and my personal space aggressively approaching me and trying to get to see my phone. I kept showing her that I wasn't recording( I didn't have to do that), she kept insisting that she saw me and kept aggressively aproaching me looking over my shoulders at my phone. Her"minor" son said to me, why are you hiding your phone, when i put my phone in my pocket.( the son that i was told not to speak to because he is a minor employee.) I pulled my phone out of my pocket and held it up and i said," i put it in my pocket." ( i didn't have to do that)There is absolutely no place of business that would have thought that behavior is exceptable. Bottom line I am paying for a service and I want it the way I want it. Luckily, instead of recording I was on a phone call with my sister on speaker phone at her job( the entire staff heard the interaction). My sister said, she doesn't want to hear the word, Pizza Hut, the customer service was that deplorable. I will be consulting my family attorney. When I went to pick up the order, I was missing a dollar, so I gave the cashier $40.06 and told her I needed to run out to my car to get the dollar. When I came back in, she was waiting on another customer (which was fine with me). As I'm walking up to the counter the cashier is telling the other customer that, I had to run out to get money but that she TRUSTED me and especially since she still had the pizzas. I spoke and asked her what was there to trust about me, when I had already given her $40.06 AND she still had the pizzas. She just laughed it off. The more I thought about it, the more upset I was getting because I didn't do anything wrong. For her to make it look like she was preventing me from stealing or not paying is a problem! I have been ordering from that Pizza Hut since I was a teenager but never again. I gave them a second chance, after I was there a few months ago to pick up my order and the cashier/manager left me standing there for a few minutes while she was talking to another customer. Their conversation had nothing to do with the restaurant; they were basically playing "catch up." She saw I was getting annoyed and instead of waiting on me, she called the girl who was in the dining area over to come ring me up. So this added another minute or so onto my wait time. She caught an attitude, pretended to be a victim, and called the police. As if I was in the wrong. I’m quite sure it was a camera there to see it all. The customer service sucked. We had someone name Richard order someone with r at the beginning of their name. All I wanted was the pizza I ordered. Instead she locked the door like I was a threat. I had my 2 year old daughter.
