Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Today my son and I were driving through your town, on our way home from Children's Hospital. We had suffered through hospital food for a few days 🤢 and my son was excited to stop at a burger place for something good to eat. Once I saw Jersey Mike's I decided to go there instead. He has never been there and was disappointed that I chose there instead of a place to get a burger. We walked in and was greeted by the friendliest freaking staff I've ever seen. We ordered a giant sub to share. 1st bite and my son said "we should get another to go to eat later" 🤣😂 so, we did just that.

I wanted to make sure everyone knows how incredible your staff treated every single person who walked through the door. There were three of them. One named Alexander I remembered cause that's my son's name and another gentleman and lady. As soon as someone walked through the door they were greeted with smiles and kindness. The guy who made our subs even walked them over to us at our table when they were ready. My son said "you should get a job here mom they all look like they really like working here" 😊☺️ he was 100% right. They did all look like they thoroughly...

I haven't been to a sub shop in many years, and decided to hop into this location for a mid-morning meal.

I was helped the moment I walked in and the young man behind the counter was attentive and very friendly. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub and the classic BLT with extra bacon.

The store was very clean and a lot larger on the inside than I thought. I didn't have to wait long for both subs to be done and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

Both subs were very enjoyable. The bread was fresh and soft, and although I thought they looked a little on the shorter side once I got home, I was pleasantly surprised by how filling they were. The chicken tasted fresh and there was a generous amount of everything. The BLT was definitely packed with extra bacon, so if you're questioning whether it's worth it, I really feel like they hooked me up.

It was good enough to motivate me to write this review, so if you're looking for a pitstop while driving along 270, or just need a hot sub fix like I did, you won't be disappointed with...

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and, despite some initial delays, had a positive experience overall. I ordered my sub 30 minutes in advance via the app and arrived to find a busy restaurant with a line of about 8 people. After waiting for 20 minutes, I noticed that customers who ordered in-person were receiving their subs faster than online orders. This initially made me upset, and I considered asking for a refund.

However, an older gentleman, whom I assume to be the manager, quickly made my sandwich and sincerely apologized for the delay. His genuine apology and accountability for the situation turned my frustration into appreciation. It's not often that I write reviews, but his efforts deserved recognition.
