Understand that you are just opening, though when asked about what we would like, please listen. I was asked twice about what we wanted. Both times I clearly stated a bowl for the first part of our order. When the young man had finished cutting the meat, he was placing it on bread. Being polite, I stated that this was a bowl portion. He got mad and rolled his eyes. Our second item was a club supreme, done Mike's way. Before it was wrapped, I had to ask for the bacon, mayonnaise, both the oil and vinegar to be put on it. I stopped by this location on 11/13/24 and was favorably impressed by the quality customer service I experienced. The interior was bright, clean, and stocked, with employees who were attentive and actively serving customers. MOD asked how our food was, and it was delicious with satisfying portions.... Employees were cheerful, and genuinely appeared happy to be working together. Based on my experience, I would say this location is "a sub above the rest". We were out shopping for New Counter tops for our Kitchen and Bathroom today!! And it was time for lunch. Joe asked what did I want to do for lunch. I said how about trying The New Jersey Mike's for lunch!!! So that was what we did. We got the Giant Italian Coldcut with everything and I told them to go heavy on the vinegar & oil dressing!!!
