Allow me to save you a headache… this place is terrible. Stopped here on the way up to PA to visit family and it was such a hot mess. First of all, this is the smallest Jimmy John’s (by a margin) I have ever seen out of the 7-8 locations I have visited around the Northeast. Second, there seemed to be one young man doing EVERYTHING.
The two young ladies working there took orders and stared off into space. This kid was working the drive through, making sandwich’s, and explaining operational issues to customers for the entire 25 minutes we waited for our food.
I have no idea how this place is still in business. It is an absolute disgrace to the Jimmy John’s franchise! I hope the guy busting his butt in there finds a better place to spend his valuable time, he was the one bright spot in an otherwise forgettable visit.

Read moreI just left this establishment, after coming back getting my sub fixed once already, I ordered a simple (ham and cheese, lettuce, salt pepper, and oil and vinegar) I open it up to another messed up sub this time it had mayonnaise on it. The Mayo was just as thick as the 2 slices of meat (which is unacceptable for a 7 dollar sub) I am allergic, how do you not put it on the first one and then put something completely different and wrong on the next one? Also, the sub had barely ANYTHING on it. mind you I’m on my lunch break I’ve already wasted my 30 mins. So now I have to finish the day hungry. I refuse to come to any jimmy johns in Hagerstown again. They NEVER have it together. Thanks for ruining the rest of the work day for me jimmy,...

Got a Club Lulu and I never thought I’d say this about a JJs sandwich, but it was very light on the filling. Everywhere else I’ve gotten Jimmy John’s, my sandwich has been overflowing with toppings, but this time my sandwich had what seemed like 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of bacon and a smattering of lettuce and tomato. We also got the tuna sandwich, which was not quite as skimpy, but was underseasoned.
Service was ok, staff seemed new but was prompt and nice. One thing I’d recommend is giving people a little more time to read the menu after they walk in before asking them...
