COACH Outlet — Local services in Halfway

Went in for a return with my mid 60s mother, told them the item was used and they refused a return as per company policy, which is fine, it was confusing because the receipt mentions "exceptions apply for discounted items". The manager claimed the item wasn't discounted, it was, but she did clean off the bag. I've seen several bad reviews with customer service at this location, I can confirm that, my mom was frustrated after traveling basically traveling an hour and a half to the closest store and blurted how she wouldn't shop at coach again and was told "well that's up to you" in a rather loud tone. If you can drive the extra milage to Clarksburg, might be a better customer service experience. Ps she mentioned it would take 10 minutes for the bag to dry so bag...

Walked in here wanting to buy wristlets for my mother and sisters not knowing where to start. Angel helped me so much from beginning to end and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She got an idea of the type and style I was looking for and showed every option down to what they had in the back. She explained all the sales with no pressure. She was very friendly too! The Coach line isn't same company it used to be. No longer willing to stand behind product. My wife's purse is 2 years old and is falling apart. $600.00 and 2 years?
