OUTSTANDING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We order food from Lami’s for work all the time. Yesterday we called to place an order for lunch but the order never showed up. Confused, but we had just figured something happened and it was no big deal and no hard feelings. Today an hour after we opened Tony walked in with not only our order from yesterday, but a whole large pizza as well. He apologized profusely and said right after we placed our order he got another for 40+ people and had completely forgotten about our order and wanted to make it right. He refused to let me pay him and said it’s on him and he appreciates our repeat business and didn’t want to lose us as customers.
I still would have ordered again from him regardless but this just solidifies the fact. Lami’s has outstanding customer service and the food to match it. Most places wouldn’t even bother with something like this but he made sure to make it right and has gained a customer for life in doing so. I’d HIGHLY recommend anything from here....
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were in the area around 9pm and looking for options that were open late. We decided to give Lami’s a try since they were open until 10pm and neither of us had been there before. Let me tell you… they did NOT disappoint!
The food was outstanding! We had a 30 minute drive home on an 25° December night and it was still hot and delicious. He ordered a cheese pizza and mozz sticks and I got a chicken Chesapeake sandwich with fries. That sandwich was bigger than my head and loaded with creamy cheesy crab dip. The pizza was perfect. A little pricey but we didn’t mind since the quality and taste of the food was great.
And the man who helped us (I believe his name is Antonio) was so sweet. We walked in to order and let him know we were waiting in the truck and we’d be back in but about 15 minutes later he came out in the freezing cold and delivered our food right to the truck.
10/10 recommend!! Everyone give Lami’s a try! Thank you for such a great first...
Read moreI’ll concede I’m a bit of a pizza shop snob—I lived in south Jersey the majority of my life—so I might be a bit harsher than others.
We got a slice of pizza, a cheesesteak with fried onions, and mozzarella sticks.
Food: pizza was pretty good, all things considered—crust wasn’t burnt, good balance of ingredients. The cheesesteak was on the disappointing side—the cheese to meat ratio was severely lacking on the cheese side, and there were very few onions. The bread was good though—excellent choice to toast it. The mozzarella sticks probably would have been perfect, but they had a burned taste because the oil needs to be changed out.
Service: very fast, very nice!
Atmosphere: usual pizza shop vibe—very clean floors, spacious. The bathroom door didn’t seem to latch shut for me—but that could be user error. A bit nitpicky but having the cups/straws/lids just sitting in the counter in their original boxes was a little weird—I wasn’t sure if I was actually suppose to be...
