Been going here for years⊠my kids are old enough to even mention Ledos when the family craves pizza. We went this evening, first thought when we walked in was damn itâs hot in here. We saw the manager April leave the building thinking that there was another manager on duty. We started off with what we normally get for appetizers and received half of our order and one app. That was unusual but we rode with it because the kids had their pizza. Then we did not receive any other food for another twenty mins. Besides that it was so hot that my kids faces started to turn red. As a concern parent I asked the server to turn on the air or at least the fans. She didnât know how so I went to the front to ask the cashiers where the manager was and they informed me that the server was the manager on duty. That was a head scratcher so I brought it back up to her attention. She was unaware of how to do a simple task as in turning on the air. I started to feel like something else was going on with the picture. Finally our food came out and it was ice cold down to the fries. There also was a lady that ordered a side caesar salad first before her meal and her salad came out last. I was done after this like I stated before never have we ever had a problem with this location. We started to go here because the location in Germantown was even worse. I paid fifty bucks for a pizza and drinks basically! I am sorry because I hate to complain but damn man! Ruined the evening by this location to not be running efficiently! I donât think we will return because of this evening just because we should have not had to pay for non...
Read moreI am all for giving restaurants a second chance, but this was your second strike Ledo in Montgomery Village. Your motto of not cutting corners must not apply to how you bake a pizza based on request. When someone asks for it well done, donât tell me your the manager and you helped insure the pizza was well done. How can the bottom of the crust be doughy. The first time you burnt the pizza so much we had to bring it back to be replaced. This time you gave my money back and hopefully you threw it in the trash. As a over 10 year loyal customer at this location, perhaps hire people who care like you used to as clearly upholding the quality Ledo name isnât in your deck of cards anymore. I would expect this from Little Caesars at $5 you get what you pay for, but for $14 why should I have to waste $6 more in gas and have my 80 year old have no dinner while I was busy in business meetings. Never again! Thanks for the refund, we took our business to a Ledos location who actually cared after hearing our story and offered $5 off the pizza and a coupon free appetizer next trip. How hard would that have been?? Glad to give my hundreds a month to another location that actually prepares what you ask for and doesnât waste gas money and time to come remake a pizza that for the second time has been worthless...
Read moreHave you ever thought to yourself, âI wish customer service was what it used to be, pre-pandemic!â Well this location has it. I had a rocky start placing an order over the phone because they were busy and closing soon. After arriving had been a little bit of miscommunication and the order was never placed. The lady at the front rushed the order for me and apologized. Then manager was informed and took the time to hear out my concerns. She then offered me to refund or credit me and truly would not let me leave without a smile on my face. She was so extremely kind and pleasant it was a true joy to get customer service of that level. The manager, April, not only apologized, she offered solutions! I mean letâs get real that rarely happens in this âlabor shortageâ work force. It was just extremely refreshing to know that she cared about the people that walked in. She even went as far as to make sure that after closing she serviced and feed an elderly man that walked in with no hesitation or complaint. Mistakes happen and I just want to say thank you to April publicly. P.S. the food was...
