Pupuseria Libertad (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Maryland

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pupuseria Libertad for over a year now, and their food has always been consistently good. The cheese and beans pupusas are tasty and not too salty, and the pollo a la plancha is well-cooked and flavorful. Their service has also been reliable and friendly.

However, based on other reviews, it seems that if you don’t speak Spanish, the service might not be the same. Delicious pupusas. Several different options (cheese, pork, beans, loroco). My favorites were the plain cheese and the pork, but all were great. They also have a ton of stuff in addition to pupusas.

I ordered at the truck and they took about 10 minutes. Came out piping hot. You could also call ahead and save the wait!
